[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I ordered this Bosch wall oven for our new home. I love to bake and have had great results already using the convection to bake bread, cakes, cookies, calzones, pizzas, and brownies. I especially like that it can differentiate between "Convect Bake" and "Convect Multi Rack." The Broil function also works great, as does Convect Roast. Fast Preheat is a plus but the regular preheat speed is much faster than my previous oven. Also, I love that I can remote start the oven in my app so it's preheated by the time I get home. And, the telescoping rack is awesome! We installed the steam oven above it. That's great too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is at least the 10th oven I've used in my life, and while I'm still learning all of its settings (lots of bells & whistles!) I can decidedly say it's the last one I plan on buying! I love the convection setting (there is nothing better than leg of lamb done in a convection oven). Three racks is something I can't imagine cooking without now. The controls are fairly intuitive. And we will get it and our network to be friends ;-).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Bosch 800 single wall oven for my kitchen upgrade, I have never owned a wall oven before and so far, I am liking it. The convection oven function is very awesome and fast, perfect for baking frozen lasagna, I love the fact that this oven has regular oven and convection oven. The broil function is very efficient too!! The only down side is it heats up slowly, but it's fine for me, I can do other prep wor while waiting for it to heats up. And also the timer chime is very weak, I wish it's louder! I originally wanted a black stainless steel but the wait time was 6 months plus, it turned out not bad, it matches the color of my kitchen.

This oven heats up quickly, the temp probe and roast functions are great and easy to use and it looks great! Also quiet and easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not know where to begin in letting people know what a great this oven is. It is set up on my cell phone that I can pre-set the oven to turn on before I get home from work. What a time saver. There are several options for cooking with this oven. Bake, Convection Bake, Roast, Convection Roast, Broil and Convection Broil. However, it also has Warming, Pizza, and Proofing. The pizza setting makes homeade pizza or frozen pizza perfectly. Never a raw crust in the middle. I also have used the warming when the dinner is done but the sides are not quite finished. It holds everything without overcooking. This oven also comes with a Probe feature. It automatically shuts off the oven when the food reached the temp you set. We wanted all our Bosch appliances to have that "Built in Look". We did add the Induction cook top. Looks great and they more than exceeded our expectations. Can't say enough about this oven. The only con is that the contractor had a problem with the measurement to install the oven in the cabinet. I guess the European measurements do not match up with the USA measurements. Our contractor was able to correct it. Because of all the features I did have to read the instruction booklet serveral times. Once you understand the features of the oven you will love it.

This oven has flaws listed in other reviews but also beware: There are huge vent holes in the oven door that open to a space between the double panes of glass. If you mistakenly drip ANY THING in these gaps as you remove something from the oven, it WILL drip down and FOREVER LIVE BETWEEN THE GLASS. We have a brand new oven with permanent and VERY VISIBLE on the glass door that are competely unable to be cleaned away without dismantling the entire door "which is not recommended" according to the Bosch help line. TERRIBLE DESIGN FLAW!

We treated our new kitchen to this gem. Absolutely worth it! It's sleek, sexy and very efficient. It heats up fast...im in love.

I am so happy with this dishwasher! It seems to hold twice as much as our old one! I especially love the slide out tray for silverware! This dishwasher runs so quietly we have to look at the light to know it's running! Love love love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an old series Bosch oven and my wife loved it. However, with the old series Bosch we didn't know when the oven reach the temperature we set. There was no indication. We looked into the 800 series Bosch and my loved the idea of having an oven that not only had a regular bake function but, also a convection side as well. We use it all the time. Plus all our appliances are Bosch, the microwave and the dishwasher. Great investments. Awesome appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 800 Series 30” wall oven is an awesome oven! We are really enjoying the benefits of our convection oven. Our roasted vegetables are so much more evenly roasted than our former non-convection oven. Our cakes and cookies are delicious and evenly baked. One of the coolest features is the Bosch oven probe, which links up to the Bosch app via your Wi-Fi. It quietly alerts, when your roast or chicken reaches the desired internal temperature. A very cool feature we have really enjoyed.

Love the kitchen timer for warning us to do something or the oven timer to shut the ovens off ! I'd post a picture but waiting for the carpenter to trim them. They are worth the money !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven works great. Features are very convenient. Remote feature occasionally turns off on its own. The convection bake doesn't get the crisp we were looking for, however, it does do a a good job. When opening, you must be careful to stand to the side because you will get a burst of hot heated air. The instructions in the manual tell you that. Our wall oven is installed around waist level so the burst of hot air is not directly in our face. Installed for around 3 months now. So far, so good

Excellent product

Not all 800 series are equal. I made a last minute switch in my cart because I was cross referencing multiple sites and assumed that the Bosch product number was a helpful tool for distinguishing. IT IS NOT. If you’re willing to spend this much on an oven pay the extra $200 for the real 800 series. I’m just now finding out I don’t have air fry feature (even though the manual included says I have it) … after starting an air fry recipe. Feeling pretty deceived and disappointed at the moment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven, it works very nice. It comes up to temperature quickly and accurately. The only downside of it is they buttons are capacitive, so if this is an under the counter over, and you are working in the space above, you will be activating random things unless the unit is very recessed.

Love my oven. Been in our house almost a year. my whole kitchen is Bosch. Very happy with what we picked out. We use the speed preheat all the time.

The oven blows out hot air, and does not bake/roast the food as it should. This product burned my eylids and singed my eyelashes the first time I used it to roast a chicken. Home Depot will not refund me, since I did not get injured within the first 48 hours of it being delivered! (It was actually within 60 hours.) It has been nearly impossible to speak with someone at Bosch. When I finally did get through to them, they said they could not take the oven back unless one of their technicians came to diagnose it: I made an appointment with them, and my husband took the morning off from work to wait for them, and then they never showed up. Hours later, after trying to contact Customer Service again, we have another appointment for the diagnosis. I have waited 62 years to purchase a new oven, and was looking forward to using my new Bosch for the holidays. We are afraid to use it, since it is defective, and noone will help us.

This has been a pretty good oven overall. The oven came with a suite of Bosch appliances when we purchased our new house. We have had them for just over three years. The ovens temp probe is an awesome feature when it works. It is very temperamental and it only seems to work on occasion. We also liked the fact that we could connect to the internet and be able to preheat the oven when we are away in preparation for throwing dinner in when we get home. I just wish I could get it to work again. It won't allow me to connect to my network after around the first year and a half of ownership. Besides these issues the appliance has worked well. The price point for the Bosch appliances seems inflated for all of the issues we have had with this product and the rest of our appliances. The Bosch brand appliances have a good name, but if I had the money to replace them with a different brand I think I would.

It functions reasonably well and the control panel is inuitive to use, which helps a lot. However, everything I cook in it comes out more steamed than roasted or baked. I am greeted with a huge cloud of vapor whenever I open the oven and the vegetables I've been cooking are softer and moister than I would have wanted. I would likely not purchase this model of oven the next time I am in the market for an oven.

We have been very satisfied with their performance over the years. We are slightly concerned with the high pitch sound that comes from the new oven. We both wear hearing aids now and it is somewhat disconcerning. Is there anything we can do to mitigate the fan noise?

After suffering through using a very cheap electric range for the last year in a rental house after our move, I couldn't wait to get another Bosch wall oven for my current house. I love the consistent temperature, the convection oven, the simple lines of the panel. It isn't cluttered with wifi recipes or unnecessary buttons. Would definitely buy again in heartbeat if needed.
