First off i return the auger bit without using it thus no rating on the quality.
The auger did not fit in my drill machine (too large) and the local home depot did not have any adapter which could help.
It looks sturdy though and i'm sure it will do the work better than the one i ended up with

which works fine since i don't need a very precise cut and the wood i'm using is also not that kind of hard.

Good drill. I used it to drill floor joists...
Good drill. I used it to drill floor joists for pex tubing. More stable and heavier duty than a paddle bit. Less vibration. Also good for enlarging existing holes better than a paddle bit.
