A really nice and quiet fan for the price.

Does a good job moving air but a bit loud for a water closet.

My bathroom is 50 sf and works great, if you don’t want humidity to your bathroom you have to buy doble side CFM exhaust fan.

product was defective. we did not find this out until it was installed. That took hours and the maintenance person had to crawl into the attic space to finish the job. Sooo after hours of unpleasant hurdles getting this bathroom fan installed, it's defective, wonderful. Little did we know the headache is only beginning. We go to the Rainbow home depot and Mary is super unhelpfull, she just presents more problems, you did not buy it here u bought it on line, you did not buy it at this store, cant help you. Was not even courteous enough to offer a reorder, basically telling us, go home and deal with it. Thanks Home depot. I will be keeping my account elsewhere.

Quiet, strong and easy to install. This is the 3 rd one I have installed replacing in two houses, to upgrade to better and less noisy units. They work well in removing moisture and smells.

I just replaced my old bathroom fan with this Nutone invent and it works well. I don't think it installed as easily as the instructions indicate but it wasn't extra hard either. It is quite and moves a lot of air and I installed a humidity switch with it so will see if the steam goes away.

A quiet, high volume fan. Much better than most builder installations. Made in USA.

Easy install, lowered decibel 10 points from 70 (builders grade) to 60. Does what I needed it to do and small enough I did not have to cut away that much.

The fan is quiet which is nice. There are two design issues (1) it is impossible to install the fan without doing drywall repair because the steel flats that sit against the ceiling and the mounting ears prevent one from pushing the entire fan through the hole. I had to cut some slots in the drywall to accommodate the mounting ears. This could be avoided if the mounting holes were on the inside body of the fanbox. Design issue (2): It would also be helpful if there was a removable wire grommet in the box. I installed a press fit wire grommet in the wire hinge but I couldn't use the slot because the grommet wouldn't clear the hole. I ended up screwing a sheet metal screw to hold the wire bracket in place. Lastly, this is a problem with all fans it seems. I don't understand why the fan box cannot be mounted in two different orientations to a joist. This would enable the installer to more easily deal with clearance issues related to the duct work.

Fan worked ok, but a sones rating of 1.0? The one I took out had a rating of 4.0 and the new one is louder!

Easy to install. Clear directions. Watch YouTube videos for great understanding how to modify Sheet rock opening. Very quiet compared to original unit replaced. Keeps the moisture down very well.

Just upgraded the ensuite bathroom fan in my 30 year old house. Replacing Broan with Broan. That's all the fans in my house upgraded. I'm very happy with the results in all cases. For you DIY'ers out there, DO NOT dismiss the importance of the specified 4 inch high-flow ductwork. Make sure it's as short, straight and smooth walled as possible. If you do that, you'll be 100% satisfied. A good test is to connect to power and test the fan before you connect the ductwork. After you connect the ductwork and run the fan again, the increase in fan noise will demonstrate the importance of the extra attention required on the ductwork. I've gone back to the last fan I installed and changed it from flexible pipe to metal duct just to minimize the fan noise as well as increasing the throughput. If your fan is noisy, it's your installation, not the product. It works perfectly.
