The Plano collection is part of Bruce’s Natural Grade category which features a greater amount of visual character, such as wider color and grain variation, mineral streaks, knots and small holes as well as minor milling imperfections. If you feel that the issues you have experienced have to do with the manufacturing of the product, then we encourage you to return to The Home Depot store where you purchased it, with a copy of your receipt. A sales associate will be happy to assist by inspecting the product and filing a potential claim on your behalf. The Plano collection is part of Bruce’s Natural Grade category.  In this collection you will see minor milling imperfections as well as a greater amount of visual character such as knots, small holes, mineral streaks, and wider color variation.  if you feel the issues go beyond this, you can file a claim on those planks that you set aside as unacceptable for installation.  The claim process is initiated by Home Depot. You can take your proof of purchase to them, and they can file a claim for review on your behalf.

This can be in addition to mineral streaks, knots and small holes as well as minor milling imperfections.
