I have recently received the order. The shutters look very nice, and the color is deep & accurate. I like the "wood-like" design on the raised-panel shutters.

For some reason, these are considered not paintable. That's would have been good to know BEFORE they were purchased. Also they are non-returnable. I still have not found anywhere in the listing indicating that these should not be painted, but that's what the box says. We painted them anyway (didn't have much choice now), and the paint that we have used on lots of vinyl before isn't sticking. Very disappointed.

Fast and easy to install, look great too

Not what I expected. Hard plastic. Said was vinyl.

I'm happy, the quality of the shutters is good, the color is a bit darker than the sample, (clay), but that worked out as a better match to the trim on my house. As for as ordering from Home Depot, not a problem. Ordered on one day, delivered to my front porch two days later. Cool!

Nice quality and color and grain.

Shutters accented the dark mahogany for well. Easy to install and overall appears makes the front of the house standout.

The plastic screws are a horrible design flaw. Provide black metal

Had to return 2 sets to the store due to prior damages.

Shutters are much lighter and thinner than my previous ones which have been on my house for 26 years. Like everything else, they appeared to have been cheapened yet not cheap.

The shutters are excellent. The previous shutters fell apart from a wind storm.

Replacing 26 yr old vinyl shutters with new Builders Edge shutters. Noticed new ones are thinner than old ones, lighter weight, vinyl seems more flimsy and has warped edges on some. Not that impressed.

These seem flimsy compared to the ones I currently have on my house. Not as thick and depth is less than my current shutters. They'll due for now.

We haven’t put them up yet. Waiting on painter to paint house and install the shutters. We think they are very nice and look forward to their installation.
