Quiet and powerful fan. The remote is easy to see and install was as expected.

This ceiling fan has been installed in our home now for about 6 months. It's started to make a creaking noise and also the light and fan turn on/off at random times which is not fun when you are asleep. Will have to replace both unfortunately in less than a year.

Great fan and looks very nice in our bedroom - I also love that you can control "yellow light" and "white light" separately for the perfect mix. The remote is nice as well. My only area of frustration was that I did not realize that the fan must connect to a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi connection to work with Alexa or to pair it. We had a combined 5ghz and 2.4 ghz connection. I called my internet provider and had to split the connections to enable this fan to work with Alexa. Once I did that, everything was fine.

Fan looks good. It is modern. It does not work with Homekit. Compatibility is misleading. It says it works with Siri so I assumed it worked with Apple Homekit but it does not. You must use a separate app to operate the fan or use Siri shortcuts. Not the most desirable for me since the whole house is on Apple Homekit.

You have to use Carro’s app which it is not the most desirable way to operate the fan since the rest of the house is on Homekit. Still the fan is pretty sleek and modern.

Love this fan! it was easy to set up by myself, easy to link to my google home, easy to do each command even speed/brightness from my google home. Best purchase ever!

Works well. Easy to install. I especially like that it has a hook on it so that you can hang it from the ceiling base while connecting the wires, and then mount it instead of juggling it at the same time. Great price also

I purchased two (one white and one black/gold) to replace two outdated fans in my home. These were installed by a handyman but he said it was extremely easy to do. We have low ceilings so I love the low profile of these fans. Extremely quiet. I read previous reviews mentioning a ticking or rattling sound, I don't have that issue at all. The remote is also nice and easy to use. I like the option to dim the lights and adjust the fan settings. The fans are in my master and kids room and give off a good amount of light. I highly recommend.

This stylish fan was a great addition to my studio condo. The contemporary black/gold combo looks great with a hardwood floor. The smart phone app is a nice bonus and allows dimming by 1% increments and changing between the 10 fan speeds

The ceiling fan looks great. So far I have not been able to install it. The manual is just poor. There are several wires, and the manual just says to connect the wires without giving detailed instructions. Granted I am not an electrician but I have installed numerous ceiling fans in the past. Carro Customer Service is somewhat of a challenge. They are nice, but they have not been giving me clear answers so I probably have to return this one and go with the more known brands.
