Excellent product, very sturdy. The first tower took awhile but after that everything went smoothly.

I’m retired having 32 years in the construction field. I’ve done pretty much everything from heavy equipment operating, to construction management on multi-million dollar contracts to owning a successful construction company,, and I have NEVER seen what actually is a simple assembly made sooo difficult! The assembly guide reads and is illustrated like someone from a crazy house made it. O! If only there were only ONE of them,, we had three different assembly booklets!!!!!! With my wife stating constantly that “you’re not following these instructions”,, I looked at all the pieces, dumped and separated all of the screws into piles and started assembling. It went pretty much 1,2,3 done! I can’t honestly recommend this mess to anyone. (well maybe if you are a liberal with rose colored glasses and a taste for kool-aid) ..

The unit is well made and solid. My contractor installed and he communicated on the quality as well.

Great product! Very pleased with the material, and it looks beautiful in our closet.

The quality is great, very sturdy, but it isn't an easy assembly, the look is good but not great, and the price is ridiculous.

The closet system went up easily and looks great. We plan on expanding it by two more sections as soon as they have another sale. Very sturdy!

Great closet. A little difficult to put together but I figured it out. Not as easy to do as the video shows. One of the arms were not drilled correctly and I had to figure out a way to use it without sending it back.

Not quite as “simple” as they say but once you get the hang of it it’s faster. The closet felt flimsy once but together so I bolted it into the wall. Drawers are really nice looking and operating but laminated pressboard Construction. Looks great but overall way overpriced for the end product.

The long vertical sides of the frame came with missing holes in the couplers and as a consequence I couldn't assemble.Each coupler is supposed to have a hole for securing the top or bottom headers on each end. I ended up with 3 extra leveling feet BB and 3 top frame screws AA. 3 out of 8 vertical sides are each missing a hole in the coupler,the other ones have holes on both ends.

We are so happy with this closet system! In one afternoon, our closet went from embarrassing to beautiful. We installed two of the 8' closet systems. I really like how you can reconfigure the shelves and drawer locations. I've already tweaked my original layout twice and it was easy.

I cannot believe how quick and easy this was to install. I installed this entire system in an afternoon and I'm so proud that I did it all by myself without any help from my husband or anyone else. My son loves all of the organization this has provided in his closet, and I love that I can rearrange shelves, drawers, and rods. So if we decide a different configuration would be best, we can rearrange it at any time. I have been really impressed with this system and would definitely use it again in my home. We installed this closet systems into my wife's 70s-era small walk-in closet that previously had just a bar to hang clothes and a shelf above that. The new closet system was a big improvement. The drawers allowed much neater organization of her (Too many! Though she'd probably say "Can you ever have too many?") scarves and easier access to clothes that had been stacked up on a high shelf. She also really likes how the split points in the hanging bar let her separate her hanging shirts, pants, and dresses. Installation was easy and intuitive. Once the frames were assembled, I could easily move them around within the closet to refine the layout we wanted. The the hardware to secure the closet system to the wall was cleverly designed to be flexible yet attractively concealed once fully assembled. Overall, this system has reduced the chaos and made it easier for her to find and reach all her favorite clothes. I was given this product for free, but reviewed genuinely based on its use.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this system. The construction is solid and the materials are of good quality. Assembly was easy and can be completed with only one person. I like the fact that even after assembly and the system has been secured to the wall, I can easily rearrange the drawers, shelves, and rods to my liking. The soft-close drawers add a very nice touch as they are smooth closing and quiet. My husband and I are looking into purchasing this system for our children's rooms based off the organization that this system offers as well as the lower rods that children can easily reach on their own. I was given this product for free, but reviewed genuinely based on its use.

This product is fantastic. Easy for one person to assemble, and entirely customizeable. We installed this system in our sons' closet, and it is perfect. We were able to choose where the drawers went, the height of the shelves and really make it work for us. And as our needs change, we can even go back and make adjustments.
