Kitchen Cart As a Welcome Addition,

I purchased a similar item from an online retailer that was half the price and it was absolute junk! Decided to spend the extra money and well worth it! This is a very sturdy piece and I am very happy with it! My adult son put it together by himself and took him about 2 hours. Is does have a strong odor from the paint but It is dissipating slowly but surely!

Arrived quickly; exactly as described; no missing parts; installation manual was easy to follow and cart easy to put together. My husband put it together by himself over several days but said it could be done over several hours in one day. We did not use casters but instead glued protectors to bottom 4 corners. Without rollers, the cart looks like a nice serving buffet. We use it for our coffee, tea, etc. and still have room for serving dishes when needed. It is a great addition to our dining area of the open kitchen.

I needed a narrow cart and at 18" X 42" this cart fit the bill.This cart is both beautiful and sturdy. Drawers open and close very smoothly. The description on Home Depot's website did not adequately disclose that this cart is part solid wood and part composite. They used the term "wood veneers" instead of clearly saying composite. However, I am still very satisfied with the product. The composite is very dense and heavy similar to solid wood. This was important to me, because I used my cutting board and antique enamel tabletop instead of the solid wood top that came with the cart. The composite was sturdy enough that we were confident to mount those tops with L-brackets. The cart itself is very easy to assemble. The manufacturer has preassembled some parts to prevent user error. For example, all drawer guides are preinstalled so you won't put them on wrong! Assembly is a combination of Cam/Pin and screws or bolts. All the hardware is on a large card, clearly labeled so you can just remove what you need and not risk losing the rest. They even included some "extras" in case you drop a screw or other part. Crosley really had the end user in mind. I love this cart and will look for Crosley products in the future.

We like this Black kitchen cart very much! It is very classy looking and seems sturdy. My husband had no trouble putting it together but I probably would have struggled not being as good with tools. He scraped off a little of the black pain on the edge of one board while putting it together, but some simple black woodworking paint fixed that up in a jiffy. We love it.

One of the major pieces with a lip (top which holds the granite top) was completely broken all the way down the edge. You could see the lack of quality in the construction and given that the box was not even damaged, was a testament to the poor construction of the entire piece. Returned immediately and we decided to spend the extra money on solid wood construction. This is the last piece of glued junk made from particle board I will every buy.

The wheels get in the way of a regular screwdriver when putting it together, but other than that putting it together was a breeze

Easy to put together, though it took quite a while, but a perfect project for waiting out a tropical storm! The woods is high quality heavy duty press board, not like the old Sauder crap we put together in college or the garbage you get from Ikea. Be aware the granite top is 42”x18”. The side shelf and paper towel holder make up the additional 10” of length. Beautiful addition to my baking space! Exactly what I needed!

This item was the perfect size for my kitchen. Was easy to assemble and with a short amount of time. I have no problems with it at this time, although when putting it together there was a slightly uneven side.

I bought this thinking that it would be amazing. It is not. It is fine. Took 2 1/2 hours for my husband and I to put together. Its cheap. And it smells bad. The stainless top is thin and extremely cheap. Scratches super easy. My husband works with stainless for a living and he is making us a new top that is thicker and not cheap crap. The top is 42 inches long and 18 inches across. The pictures on the website make it look bigger. The side cabinets are SUPER narrow. They measure 7 inches wide. So don't think that you can put any dishes in there are bowls ect. Turn them side ways and maybe.... The middle cabinet is ok. I do have my mixing bowls in there. The drawers will not fit a box of aluminum foil in them without turning them sideways. It is on locking wheels, but you can still move it (freely) when they are locked. This is not my first rodeo, been around the block a few times, not a stupid person. The cost of this was really a joke after I saw it in person. NOPE not worth the price paid. Just being honest.... this picture is 26 hours old. Look at the top.

This is a beautiful quality piece of furniture. It is just what I was looking for. It rolls easily so if I need additional space I can just roll it over to my counters. I also love that it has storage to accommodate my cake making supplies.

I recently purchased this kitchen cart for our new place, and though I thought I'd love it, I'm pretty disappointed with it. If you're primarily looking for extra countertop workspace and the storage is just a bonus, this might work fine for you. However, if you need the storage space, I would pass on this product.The cart ships in 2 cartons, and both of my cartons took at least a week to arrive, but did come on the same day. The pieces were all packed well, but three of the pieces of the base were damaged. Crosley replaced them, but I did have to wait a few extra days for the new pieces to arrive. The parts were well labeled, the directions were easy to follow, and it only took about 2 hours to put together. I think it looks pretty nice, and blends in to our kitchen well.The major problems I have with the design are that the two outer cabinets are quite narrow. The cart would be much more functional if there were two equal sized cabinets on the both sides, instead of one large cabinet in the middle and two smaller cabinets on the sides. Additionally, the cabinet doors attach with pin hinges, which consume part of the opening to the cabinet. This doesn't matter much on the large middle cabinet, but it seriously limits what you can put in the smaller outer cabinets. For as large a footprint as this thing has, the only thing I can really keep in it is my 6 qt crock pot and my instant pot. The smaller cabinets hold so little that they're basically a waste of space.The other major issue I have is the drawers. I was expecting full-depth drawers, but these are only maybe 10" deep, and they don't even pull out all the way. I can fit a few of my very short cooking utensils in them. They don't eliminate the need to have a utensil cup on my counter like I hoped they would. Since they're so unexpectedly short, it's hard to remember to not pull them open too forcefully.The spice rack is nice and large. The paper towel bar is also nice to have. Since the holes to attach both of these are pre-drilled, you'll definitely want to put them on (or have visible holes on the sides of your cart). It Would be been nice if the design allowed the spice rack and towel bar to be interchangeable; the layout of my kitchen would make more sense to have the towel bar on the other side.The casters on the cart are a joke. Only two of them lock, and it still moves even with the wheels locked. I have 3 young children and for safety, really need the cart to be quite solid - especially if I am chopping food on it. The weight of it makes me a little nervous about tipping over. I absolutely wouldn't recommend using this anywhere with carpet (for example in a dining room as a buffet or serving table).Overall this product looks good, but for the price and size of it, I'm disappointed. I see that HD offers a 90 day return policy on this item, and I'll be calling in the morning to find out how to process my return. I've had it for a week and it hasn't grown on me at all. I'd give it 2.5 stars if I could, because it does look pretty decent.

We have a U shaped kitchen with dark walnut cabinets. The cart is a nice addition, although the color is more cherry. The rest of the look is similar to our cabinets. This took a friend & I about 3 hours to build once I got it out of all the packaging. I chose to leave the spice & towel rack off. We accidentally put the top back piece on backwards, so the hardware is showing. I will get some wood color stickers to cover the holes where the racks were supposed to be. I'm able to store my sharp knives in the drawer. the cabinets can hold quite a bit for the size. I wish the depth was a few more inches, but it still does the job.

We adore our new island cart. Its fits perfect in our kitchen. It took my husband a couple hours to put it together. Product is very solid and love the metal top. Both pieces fit in his car (barely) so we didn't have to find a truck or anything to transport. We will be painting our cabinet to match :)

I am very happy with this product. I ordered it online and picked it up at the store. I was given two boxes, one the stainless steel counter top and the second box were the parts to the island. It took two people to carry the box with the island parts. My friend and I put the whole island together in 1 hour. It was very easy to put together. We only used a phillip and flat blade screwdrivers to put the whole island together. I really enjoy the product because it matches my kitchen and it looks very nice. It is light, but sturdy.

My fiancé and I love the look of this island and I am very pleased with how closely the color matches our cherry cabinets. Damage to the product was close to none (just one small chip on the granite countertop). The only con would be the time to assemble (took us almost 3 hours). Other than that, I would absolutely recommend it!

The island was easy to put together and is very sturdy. But the casters don’t spin and the piece is difficult to push. It feels like the casters are going to snap in half when we push the island. We will be replacing them with higher quality casters. Otherwise, the piece is beautiful!

The stainless steel top warped a few weeks after I put it together. I heard popping and crackling coming from the cart. I thought maybe the wood was shrinking or expanding due to the temperature change, but a noticeable bubble in the stainless steel was present the next day. It appears to have separated from the material it was wrapped over.

Very well done, precise work.. just follow the instructions and it comes together nicely.. beautiful piece of work..

Not what we were expecting. Felt scammed to get HD citibank card by $50 off enticement only to be rudely told that I was not entitled to additional discount because I already received a Disabled Veteran discount. Expected kiln dried wood not manufactured wood for twice the price. Disappointed

Home Depot delivered as promised, however several items arrived broken. Possibly due to the rough delivery by Fed-ex. Box was a bit beat up. When I called Crosley customer service to see if they would be able to replace broken parts, got NO ANSWER. Was on hold for entire morning, and email was not allowing me to enter my contact info. It also stated it would take 10 business days to receive an email response. CROSLEY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . So this item was returned. I would like to try another, but do not want to have the same thing happen. Very disappointed.

It had a few complications in the directions. They weren't written well. That caused us many hours wasted as we had to rethink the step that wasn't clear. It took us 3 afternoons of several hours. . To keep up building it in one day was not possible for us. The castors don't work well to steady the unit. Also, there were a few spots in the building where the screws didn't match up with the precut holes. We had to improvise or leave that screw off. The back of the unit is flimsy, not wood, a very thin piece of particle board. We hope it will last in our kitchen. It is an attractive unit. We had several disappointments and frustrations, but can accept the finished product.

Many parts were damaged and it’s pressed wood from China very cheap. The casters were also small and cheaply made. Many of the pre drilled holes were cracked and damaged I had to glue many wooden pegs in place. They should have given me an increased rebate.

We love this addition to our dining room. It is great for extra storage and placement of dishes buffet style when company is over.
