It is great, being 20 AMP it can use 2400 Watts and still has plenty of watts on the other plugs for a sump pump or lights outside etc.

this makes it easy to run more that one item while switched over to the 240 v side of the generator. i use mine for a small welder and a grinder.

I purchased this 25 foot generator extension cord and it works really well. I use my generator to charge my Solar batteries every 3 to 4 days. So I needed an extension cord that would last. I've had it for about six months. I recommend.

Purchased this 25 ft flat extension cord for my 7500 W duel fuel generator. Works great for extending the 240V power into your house to limit the cord clutter. Good quality cable and connectors. Make sure you have the correct connector type L14-30 4 prong twist lock receptacle on your generator. Beware that this flat extension cord may not fit under your exterior door/threshold as shown in the product pictures.

This is an outstanding major power supply extension cable.! I'm able to run quite a bit of implementation with this. And at 25 feet it moves the generator to a distance to allow more peace and quiet. A friend wants to use as a 220 volt adapter from his dryer to use it from that source... Basically 2, equal 20 AMP circuts.! The flat feature of this cable makes no more trouble than a heavy 110 cord to slip through doors, or windows as well. I just wish it was available in the local stores. I recommend you to get this if the twist lock fits..,!.!

This chord is very helpful if you plan on purchasing any of the generators that have a 240 volt output. This cord allows you to run the 240 outlet as two separate 110 outlets with a common neutral. It will provide up to 6 plug-ins that are on seperate legs, which can be helpful if you are powering lots of appliances.

Our chord sees work in a farm setting and handles outdoor duties well. Helped us run power to an old outbuilding while it was being renovated into a chicken coop over winter. Weather has not been a problem while the chord has been exposed to the elements. #GrantGiveaway

this cord is super thick, super strong, super flexible. better than anything I found at any store in my area. price is high but I got it for free when I bought my generator at the farm and fleet store in Ottawa, il. I probably would of bought it at full price anyway because of it's quality. when camping or anything that has a power supply of 3500 watts. don't go cheep. ruins your outing.

I bought this recently after buying a new generator. As the house has grown so have my energy needs and when buying my generator the salesperson suggested this power cord. WORKS great AND BONUS - it even works on my old generator which is not a Champion product. Heavy duty, quality product!! Highly recommend!

I had contacted our electric cooperative to install a transfer switch to hook our generator up to in the event of another power outage. We live in a rural setting and operate a small store in the same building. In a year we've lost power 5 times. We have refrigeration units that have to keep running until repairs are done. When the technician arrived, he told us more work than the initial $500 quote was required to get the system to where we needed it. After telling him we'd think on it, I looked for power cords that could at least allow us to keep our main refrigerator and freezer going. This cord will allow that, plus a little more as well. The cost of the cord was well below the final price of installing a transfer switch. Admittedly not as convenient, but we have been in business just a little over a year, and really didn't want to make another major expenditure. An affordable alternative for now!
