Just a grill
Products paint came off after one use and does come with ash catcher.. Temp is located at the top of grill which doesn't give accurate temp of the food cooking.. Not worth the price I purchased

Works Great Long lasting

smoked for sons wedding
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have had the pro for 8yrs. smoked 3 15lb corrn beef briskets and 2 15lb beef briskets fo wedding. smoker is still in great condition have smoked 100's of pounds of pork butts, beef briskets, corn beef briskets.

Smokes like a champ!

Best smoker I ever had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had mine for 4 years and it’s still looks great. Everything on it is well made . I have the cover and leave it outside all year and still no rust . Easy to smoker to cook on , plenty of room to cook 4 to 6 racks of ribs at a time depending on the size.

What an upgrade

Durable and reliable well built smoker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s starting to warm up here in the Midwest and I am getting ready for spring and realized this is going to be the sixth summer with this smoker. Minimal maintenance is needed if you take care of it and it just keeps producing better and better product every season. Good draw with even heating throughout the chamber, it’s outlasted the patio furniture bought with it.

Great Smoker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this smoker last year and have used it many times. Assembly was relatively easy and was able to smoke something that weekend. I would definitely recommend this smoker to anyone that would like to get into smoking meat without a large investment.

i do mostly brisket and ribs on my unit and have a loyal following they see smoke they are calling me just to see what i'm smoking and if there will be enough for them

Waste of money
This grill is too heavy to move around, it takes forever to light up and heat up, and after the first use, the grill looks like it’s been used 100 times. The paint starts coming off, the heat vent starts warping, and the food does not cook properly. After 1 use, I will be returning this grill. Don’t waste your money on this

Great certified Smoker
Owned this smoker for 2 years and never had any issues on the side of the fire box if you notice there is a little door that opens I have sealed it shut where no smoke comes out threw there except the chimney. I burn both charcoal and hickory chunks and always had excellent results in my cooking. now at times you would have to check out the screws to make sure it is not loose around the the pit other than that that is it. Just Remember it is always the Cook not the pit and how hot the fire gets.

There is no handle on the firebox. I have tried unsuccessfully to get any help from the manufacturer. Here is the case number… 604959… I have yet to hear from them.
