Excellent hybrid of gas, charcoal and wood. Easy, peasy.

Had this grill for about 3 months. Pros: So far it appears to be made very well. Using flavor wood in the drawer does work to flavor the food but it takes a some practice to get it right. One nice thing about the grill is that there is a large vertical distance between the burners and the grates. This prevents flare ups from dripping grease from burning the food. Cons: The biggest issue is that the back of the grill surface is much hotter than the front so you must rotate your food from front to back to have the pieces cook evenly. Also, make sure the grill is level. If it is tipped towards the front, grease will run out of the flavor drawer and down the front of the grill. If it is level, no problems. It is tricky to get the flavor wood to smolder without burning. A trick that I learned is to place foil underneath the flavor wood to keep it from catching on fire. The gaps around the lid and the holes on the sides allow smoke to escape so it really can't be used as a true smoker. Because of the gaps and holes, the smoke stacks really have no effect other than looking cool.

Just love this hybrid. We bought it for our son and barbecued within days. He loves the flexibility of cooking option. Burgers were great and the charcoal smell was awesome.

Primarily a gas grill, with the same issues associated with gas grills, overheating, unable to use indirect cooking, etc. The term ‘flavor cooking’ is just that. The heating drawer is too small and close to the grill plates for actual charcoal or wood chunk cooking, unless you want to flambé your food. I was hoping for a real do-all grill/ smoker, unfortunately this is not it.

Great item!!! Needs something for the handle as it gets extremely hot so you have to use a mitt to open.

Definitely some assembly required, but this is an awesome BBQ. I've been looking for a dual fuel grill for years, and this is perfect. Love it!

The best grill ever made. The slide out drawer allows you to cook with gas, charcoal, wood/chunks and pellets. All in one without having a second side. Awesome!!!

I returned this grill. 3 weeks later. It was so messy. Grill leaked everwhere. Tray is the cause it tri folds and allows grease to leak. Big drip tray helps a little bit

Love this grill! with the fuel tray it adds a whole new dimension to cooking. This was exactly what i was looking for.

Grill came fully assembled from Home Depot. So far we barbequed using propane and charcoal. Grilling with charcoal brings out the old fashioned bbq taste and the charcoals are so easy to ignite with the propane flames. And the ash collection tray makes it very easy to clean up. Great multi-fuel BBQ - definitely recommend.

Was concerned this would be a "jack of all trades, master of none" scenario -- but this grill is great for gas and charcoal cooking. I haven't tried the pellet or wood yet. But happy with the purchase. It's not great construction, but I'd say it's great value
