Very easy to install with exception of the lighting kit which had too many wires and was extremely difficult to attach. Plus the screws were very small and difficult to get in. Otherwise great fan.

This ceiling fan matched all my needs: flush mount, white, medium size, and lights with easy access. The installation was easy. The fan produces a good breeze. I keep it set to low because the other 2 settings are stronger than I need for my 10’x10’ room. There is a slight hum but it is quieter than my air purifier. There is no vibration or shaking. The only improvement I suggest is a remote control.

This fan is very loud! If you have issues with noise when trying to sleep, I would not recommend this fan. There is an audible hum that begins as soon as the fan is turned on. Outside of that, it's a nice design and I love the reversible fan blades. If you're among the lucky bunch that can sleep regardless of lights or noise in the room then it's worth the buy.

Very happy with this purchase. Replaced original 1993 white fans in guest bedrooms Big improvement for little money. Easy to install. Order came quickly and well packaged.

Daughter loves it. All white like she wanted close to the ceiling We did have to change the light bulbs to day light to make it brighter in her room.

The directions are super easy to follow and the installation is very easy compared to other fans. I love that it includes a hook to set the motor on while you do the wiring-- it makes it so that only one person is needed for installation. Easy diy project that is cost friendly and looks great!

Quieter than previous fan. High speed not as fast as my other house fans, but ok for me as it’s in small bedrm. Of the 3 screws you loosen on each light to place the lamp shades on, 1 on each of the lights was totally screwed in all the way. I couldn’t loosen with fingers. Had to use needle nose pliers to loosen 1 screw on each of the 3 lights and even that was hard to do. Finally got it loosen, but I had to repeat this procedure 3 times. Extremely disappointed after having the fan professionally installed. Barely any air flow on both fan directions. Room is 5 feet by 12 feet. There is no air when you stand directly under the fan and when you stand of the side of the fan, there is minimal air. I will have to pay for the contractor to come back out and take down this piece of garbage that I bought. I am extremely upset and agitated with this product.

We bought 2 of these about 9 months ago. First we changed the chain on our son’s fan due to the vibrations of the fan making the most annoying sound. My dtr’s fan now is sounding like the bearing is going out and she hardly uses hers, my son uses his on high 24/7. Both units have one light that no matter the bulb you put in it just will not get bright, its always much dimmer than the other 2 & stays on a few seconds after the switch has been flipped (this is new too)! Waiting for them to fail!

Bought the fan thinking it was a great buy. Then there was a horrible humming noise coming from the motor. I tried a balancing kit and still the awful hum was still going. So I tightened up the fan blades and still the hum is so loud. Also the fan blades came scuffed and pull chain fell off.

This fan was very easy to install and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. There were two minor points of difficulty, getting the screws into the fan blades without dropping them and getting the screws to align and thread into the light kit. We got past that okay and now the fan is working very fine, with good airflow, low noise (just a mild hum, as you would expect, from the motor) and excellent light from the included LED bulbs. We replaced the included bulbs with decorator ones.

Much needed lights with this fan. We can direct the lights to where we sit to have more light for reading.

I purchased this fan to install in a low ceiling application. My home is an older home which does not have ceiling fixtures and the light switch is wired to a wall outlet. I also wanted a fan to provide light centered in the room and also to circulate the air condition and heat to save energy. I looked around and settled on the Clarkston II 44 in. LED Indoor Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan with Light Kit. I loved the Nickel accents and I figured it would go well with the gray walls in my gym. PROS: High airflow ability of 2572 cubic feet per minute. Assembled height from ceiling 13.19 inches, great for low ceilings. Reversible blades with walnut and driftwood color on each side. Reversible switch to assist with heat circulation in winter and AC circulation in summer. Motor is very quiet during operation straight out of the box. Bulbs that came with the fan were very bright 826 lumens per bulb providing 2478 lumens of light to the area. 15 years motor warranty. CONS: Limit for the amount of wattage for the bulb in the fan of max 9 watts. (The three bulbs included are very bright though) Light fixture was a little difficult to attach to the housing. Wires were too compacted to align screws easily. I wired the fan as directed by the instructions which were clearly written and easy to follow. The only exception was since I had a room above the gym and no ceiling fixtures in the ceiling, I used a stud finder and mounted it in the ceiling. I used cable covers to hide the cable and ran it down to the plug for the wall outlet controlled by the light switch. So now I turn on the switch and the light and fan operates. Overall a great fan, it operates above my needs by lighting the area efficiently while increasing the effectiveness of my heating and cooling units. Great buy for what you get!

Easy to read directions and includes some extra screws in case you lose one. Needs to come in larger sizes for bigger areas.

Love my new fan! This fan was extremely easy to assemble. I love the low profile design and the overall look. Its also very sturdy, no wobble when on high. It came with everything very nearly packaged with no missing parts but everything you need for assembly

I originally bought the white Clarkston fan for our kitchen, as we moved into a new home that had just outdated light fixtures and no ceiling fans in it. This fan is very sturdy in quality, quiet, and bright. My wife and I were amazed at how much brighter the three LED lights made our kitchen, so no need to worry if you are wondering whether this fan will light up your room. Installation was basic and the instructions were not terribly hard to follow. As with all DIY projects, I recommend reading one step ahead and pacing yourself during installation, especially if working by yourself or if you have never installed a fan before. Overall, very satisfied with this product, and I actually bought the brushed nickel one for the bedroom. You can't beat the value, as it is difficult to find a flush-mount ceiling fan with five blades (and three lights) for under $60!

Extremely easy to install. Comes with written directions, and digital directions, that make it easy for a non electrician/ non handy woman to hang herself. There was already existing wiring so I didn’t have to do anything besides match up wires and mount. All white option or white with grayish wood blades. 10/10

I've purchased five of these, two for a house I sold last year in a kitchen where air didnt move well, and three to replace dated fans in bedrooms at my current home. For the price, they work pretty well. Motor noise is a bit louder than more expensive brands, but I wouldn't say that it's annoying or so bad I'd need to replace them. The ones installed in the old home ran just about 24/7 during summer months and never had any issues, I'm sure the three purchased for my new home will work just as well. They're good and affordable.

I paired this fan with a shiplap ceiling and unfortunately the fan is not a true white. The attached photo doesn't show the color difference very well but this fan definitely has a green cast to it when compared to the Behr Alkyd Semi-Gloss Enamel White NO. 3900-N. Everything else works fine, just disappointed that the whites are so far off.

I got a single family home and I got 3 of these fans for my 3 bed room house. Just fine gives like humming noise and other noises, I'm unable to sleep the night due to high sound. This fan is one of the junk product. Hampton bay is much better than this fan. I want to throw this fan and go for Hunter or Hampton Bay.

This can far exceeded my expectations,the price was so low so I did not expect it to be this gorgeous.it's beautiful and had a very rich look to it!can works fantastic!I love it!
