Perfectly adequate

This is the 2nd window ordered and I am pleased with the construction.

I had a 60 year old fixed aluminum basement window that was an odd size. It was broken and boarded up forever because I was never able to find a replacement to fit the CMU opening. This fit perfectly and I am thrilled. The price was great. Delivery was fast. All the glass block joints were intact and secure. Installation was as expected...shim and mortar in place providing excellent security without unsightly bars. The diamond pattern provides superior privacy next to my sidewalk and you can't see anything beyond blurry light and dark objects through it. As noted by another, the only con I have is aesthetic and unavoidable. I would've liked the one unequal row of glass to be the same as others but obviously the glass blocks come in limited sizes and this was necessary to obtain the desired size. I highly recommend this unit.

The window(blocks) are fine and exact as far as measurements but I think they may be too heavy for delivery. They arrived early which was good but the seal in the middle, 3 blocks in all the way down, was broken so the whole panel folded. I bought some sealant/glue from home depot and fixed it up but that will always be a worry to me for leaks. Perhaps the manufacturer needs to be told to improve their packaging. All the styrofoam in the box was broken but there were no chips in the glass still so that was good.

Easy install with a helper, looks great!

Exactly what was advertised.

The window was nicely protected for shipping and, while a little heavy, it arrived in good condition and was installed without difficulty.

Good

Great looking window but don't put it low enough where people from the outside can see in because they can clearly see in and make out what is behind the window.

As described. Provides lots of light whilst preventing the neighbors seeing me prancing around the basement in the 'all together'.
