Got the uninsulated because of the cost savings but they are so flimsy that I’m afraid they’ll fall off each time I open and close the doors. If I had it to do again I’d go with the insulated ones.

A major upgrade to the garage door I had. However, I will say that this door is for a non insulated garage for sure. If you have compared the non insulated to the insulated door then you know what you are getting. If you havent, I suggest that you do. I have purchased both for different applications. Just a heads up, You may not necessarily need an insulated door, but want one after comparing them.

I was glad to receive my Clopay garage door in such an efficient manner. The delivery driver went beyond my expectations to get the garage door package from the back of the tractor trailer, which was parked on the street to the garage entry of my condo. I found the installation documentation that is available from the Home Depot website to be very useful in guiding me to the completion of the installation. This was my first time to install a garage door, so I endured my mistakes and completed the task.

1, Installation instruction is incorrect. (angle bar & opener attchamnent)
2, Missing part instruction is incorrect.The instruction says to call Cloypay toll free number but when I called, I was told to contact Home Depot not Cloypay.
3. Missing part(Opener Arm) is not included even though the picture shows on the package with INCLUDED. very confusing.
4. 2 of 4 panels have some dents but it's not that easy to return whole door back since I rented a van to transport when I bought.
