This is what the instructions state, no wonder Clorox just ignores the complaints. Clorox must consider us dolts for "not following the instructions" What a cowardly company and a useless product. Who buys this "toilet wand" to clean only part of their toilet? The relevant instructions from the box: Step 2 "Empty the bowl before cleaning." Step 3 "Dip cleaning head in toilet bowl water for 1-2 seconds. Scrub entire toilet bowl above water line." This product serves no purpose if it only cleans part of the toilet....and falls apart when it gets wet. Just abandon this product.

These Wand Refills fall apart at the first swab. Don't push it into the bottom, or you'll lose the pad down the drain. Lots of nice soap suds for nothing. Perhaps it is a glue problem that deteriorates with time.

Like other reviewers, it used to be my favorite until they changed it. It falls apart as soon as it hits the water, got to work quickly and gently or you’ll have to fish out the scrub from the toilet bowl. It must be the kindergartners that designed the product, not made for use.

Yes, it was exactly what I wanted

I like how well these Clorox disks clean, they attach to the wand easily. Sometimes however the plastic applicator separates from the cleaning disk and I have to scoop the disk out of the toilet.

What can I say.. it's Clorox.. it prevents all of us from having to stick our lovely hands inside the toilet bowl and scrub it clean..just pop one of these on the wand .. scrub.. release in the garbage and it's all good!

I have now had to throw multiple boxes of refill heads away. This is a problem within the last couple of years. They fall apart sometimes before they even make it to the water. Hope you decide to go back to original version.

It cleans well and convenient to throw away the end piece . Better than a regular toilet scrubber .

I used to absolutely love this product, but something has changed. They fall apart as soon as they get in the water. There is no way you can actually scrub the toilet because the sponges separate right above the blue chemical area then you are left to fish it out of the toilet bowl. They didn’t used to do this. I am searching for another brand. These disappoint every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a case of these during the pandemic. I immediately regretted it. The product was great, it cleaned thoroughly and it was sturdy. This batch is total garbage. The moment you submerge it in water it starts to fall apart to the point that if you don't promptly remove it, you are risking it falling off the wand and clogging the toilet. They need to go back to the original product and fix this.
