I returned the refills they fell apart into the bowl.

I absolutely love using these for my weekly bathroom deep cleans. It’s easy to use & does a great job getting everything cleaned. No stress, no mess. Only wish that the refills were environmentally friendly. So now I only use these for a quick clean…back to basic brushes for normal cleans

I keep these in each bathroom, it’s something quick and easy and also something that my kids can do to help with the chores! They really work great!

I've used these refills for years but the last 2 refills I've bought are awful. They fall apart, the plastic tops break- the whole product is a waste of money. Guess I have to go back to brush and liquid method. These are too expensive just to have them fall apart or break- especially when you have to fish them out of the toilet! Don't waste your money.

I used to love this wand. It was the greatest available. Refill pad quality has deteriorated, it’s no longer an option to even complete the cleaning. It falls apart immediately. Having to fish out the pad defeat the purpose of using a wand for cleaning.

The cleaning heads disintegrate and detach from the plastic as soon as they get wet. Don’t waste your money

I bought wands and refills for my bathrooms several years ago and at first love the product. The last few refills have been awful! They fall apart as soon as they hit the water and then I had to fish them out of the bowl by hand! The first time I thought I had simply purchased a defective batch but now it seems that they are just very poorly made! I feel like I have been scammed at this point. I will be promptly throwing the wands away and looking for another product elsewhere!!!

I agree with the other reviews. I’ve been using the Clorox toilet wand cleaning system for years and years and have loved it. But something has changed. The cleaning heads fall apart immediately. I, too, am going to have to find some thing else. I can’t afford to use these anymore - just too much waste.

We purchased the starter system and eventually grabbed a refill pack. The 20 pack was the best value and it’s lasted us for a while. They all fit in the storage container so you don’t have to worry about finding a place for the refills.

I've been using these for months now and each time I open one of the boxes, I hope that it's better than the previous box, but it isn't. The pad rips once I start wiping. It's like they are from an irregular batch.

Works like a charm! No need for a nasty toilet bowl brush.

It is apparent, from the quality of this product, that you have transferred manufacturing to China. I agree with the other reviewers. This product now stinks. Users can't make it around the toilet one time without the pad falling apart. I, too, will look for an alternative toilet cleaning method. The money that you save in production will be offset by loss of business.

Easy to use and functional

I like the item however Home Depot cost me $100000 over a 30 year period. I spent $50k in the last year

I have been buying this product for as long as I can remember - but now I am afraid to because I am afraid to waste my money. Each time I buy/use, the scrubber falls apart. Also, there doesn't seem to be as much cleaner on it as there once was. I am looking for a replacement product.
