Looks so nice and we appreciated the ability to customize to the space. Be sure to have right tools and it is good for DIY.

Need an architect and engineer to assemble

Hardest part was attaching the hanger bar to the wall but even that was pretty straight forward. I cut down one side to fit my space just got to get the right blade so it doesn’t chip the finish. Drawers go together super simple that was my favorite part. All the pieces arrived in good condition. Overall happy with this purchase I saved thousands over a custom solid wood closet.

Closet components came very well packaged an protected, there was no damage to any of the parts. Instructions were clear and the install process was simple. All of the products were pre-drilled and cut to size, fit and finish is excellent. Very happy with the purchase.

I am a 76 year old single female and I was able to install this by myself with ease. Very easy to put together.

The pre-drilled holes for the clothes hanging bars were located in the back and front of the side panels only. No hangers can fit in either of those positions. I had to have someone come in and drill holes in the middle of the side panels so I could actually hang clothes in it. We first set it up with the hanging bars in the front position and then couldn't close the closet doors. The pictures online don't show any closet doors. Product over-priced for what it is. Disappointed over all.

I actually ordered two of them. It is a great system. I had it shipped to the store. The boxes were in good shape and everything is packed very well. It went together fairly easy. The first one took me all afternoon but the second one was done much quicker. There e one or two little chips in it but you can’t see it with all the clothes loaded up in it. I added a couple tie racks and valet bars from Closet Evolution. Wife loves the closet now. It certainly doesn’t look custom but it is way better than the builder grade junk that was there previously. It also didn’t cost me $4-5000 either. For the money it was an old choice. I would do it again.

The directions left a bit to be desired however the overall quality of the product was good

I absolutely love it. We bought two for a large walk in closet. The first one took awhile to put together but the second was a piece of cake. Love love love! Lots of room!

The parts were well made and everything fit together very nicely. I was particularly impressed with the craftsmanship of the drawers. It was all fairly easy to install and the finished product looks great.

It was easy to assemble, and directions were straight forward. Loved the final product

Pretty straight forward installation. Good quality materials and very precisely made.Lots of boxes. Taking off 1 star as my deliveries came on separate days and was also missing some hardware. Customer service for the missing hardware was pretty good though. Missing parts for installation did set me back about a week on finishing installation. I would recommend this to friends and family though.

The packaging of this melamine covered product leaves a lot to be desired. The components, particularly the larger vertical pieces, were damaged. Corners were broken off and at least a third of the other pieces sustained chips on exposed edges. The support rails were not long enough to span the standard 2x4 spacing (32 & 48) as you couldn't span 3 studs with the longer rail. They did give hollow wall anchors which worked very well. I found their instructions for mounting the rails to be vague, for other things, they were very good. When we asked for replacement verticals, they gladly sent them, however those came with the same type of damage. We are still waiting on a hardware package missing from the original shipment. The system, now nearly finished, does seem to be functional. The wife likes, in spite of all the chips, the unit. Beware, it's not as easy as you would think.

Started assembling the closet set, found that some items were missing, contacted the company and they weren’t helpful at all. Already deep into to the build and I really don’t want to disassemble the unit to return. So I’m basically SOL!
