The closet system is better then the wire rack system but not as nice as the custom systems

Turned out even better than I expected.

We had to order delivery to a store to pick up. Received a box assuming everything was included to find that when we started to install in our new home, we were missing half of the pieces. We called the store and waited on the phone over 30 minutes and now tomorrow I have to make a special trip to pick up the "missing box" that I'm not even certain is there because noone answers the phone. Not happy about this and can only hope that installation isn't a nightmare...

I love this closet system. Super easy install. Finally made my closet usable after eight years.

Very complicated to put together because rods had to be adjusted and prepared for installation. I hired someone to put it together and hang it and it took two men 5 hours to do it. Also the laminate of the boards got chipped easily. Once hanging it works fine but installation was challenging.

Looks great. Required a lot of assistance to install. Hired a handyman to do it.

We were fortunate in having the tools for the jobs (as we bought 4 units) Stud finder, drill, skill saw. Not to mention the basics. I don’t believe these were listed as tools needed. Not a job for a beginner. All in all, happy with the end result.

Love the system. It greatly improves my storage. My only complaint is that the hardware for putting everything together was missing. I called and had a very polite customer service. I wish the package would have been sent overnight, due to the mistake. I was under a timeline with my installer and it didn't work out very well with the delay. Also when the hardware did arrive it didnt have enough pins for holding the tower shelves. I had to buy more pin supports at the hardware store. After all that I do love the system.

The instructions for installation leave much to be interpreted. The manufacturer sent parts that did not include the notch to hang on the rail, making installation impossible. Overall, for the price, this is complete garbage and is not worth the headache. I've had to submit a warranty complaint to get functional pieces to install this junk. Will NEVER buy this brand ever again. Dont waste your money or your time. Buy elsewhere.

Evolution Closet system was pretty easy to install. Works great and would purchase again if needed.

Instructions were good , everything was nice. Had to cut poles and two tops as it was to long for my closet.

This is a great product and easy to assemble but it would be better if is was 16" deep instead of 14".
