Very well packaged. Fairly easy to mount on the wall. A level for the wall bracket is a must. The draws are easy to put together. I like the espresso color very much. Overall a good product and I would wait for a 20% off sale.

Easy to install and a great value! This total closet system cost 1/4 of what a CA Closet system would've cost. I'd give it 5 stars but some of the pieces were damaged. The company made it right and sent new pieces immediately.

This is a great product and perfect for my space. Thinking of buying another to put in my laundry room

Very nice product. Looks really nice when combined with other kits to fill out a closet. In order to get the entire top row to be flush at the top, I had to have extra vertical panels so that each vertical section had a left and right wall (no sharing). Then I had to drill new holes halfway between the top edge and the first hole, in line with existing row of holes. I used the same 1/8th inch bit that I used to set up the screws that went into wall studs. This allowed the top horizontal shelf to form a flush look across the top. Also, on the drawer knobs, I had to add a #8 flat washer because the supplied screw wouldn't tighten completely, and allowed the knob to pull and push when touched.

This was really easy to put together. I assembled this without my husband's help! The only thing I would say is that the instructions aren't the best but I watched the video on the Martha Stewart site and also read the FAQ to figure out how to do the top row of shelves.

Beware if you purchase this that the drawers do not work they fell off within 1 month of installation, I am sorry I wasted my money, not like it can be returned once it's installed

Overall extremely happy with our Martha Stewart closet system. Easily modified for any configuration. I am a pretty handy person, and I would not recommend a beginner to do any sort of custom design. However, a simple design without major changes could be done by any do-it- yourselfer. most importantly, my wife is THRILLED. Very solid drawers (once assembled) and the look of an expensive cabinet. Perfect for our 63" x 60" closet.

I used this kit and several others from the MS line to build out our large master closet and am really happy with the results. The hanging design means it doesn't sit on our new hardwood floor, and the kits are very well thought out, fairly easy to install, and arrived with all the needed parts including lots of extra screws and shelf pins. About 20 years ago I had installed a reach-in closet with the same product before it was MS and that one is still going strong. The company has since switched to green materials, which is great--maybe not quite as solid as the old version but it has a 10-year warranty and seems sturdy enough to do the job (plus the drawers are nicer than the old ones). After reading other comments about delivery damage (those packages are heavy!), I had all the parts shipped to our local HD store where they arrived in perfect condition and we picked them up from there. I didn't use the online design tool since our closet is oddly-shaped, and the instructions are skimpy on how to install multiple units together, but I figured it all out without too much trouble. At one point I needed some advice about installation of the corner shelves, and when I called customer service they were very helpful and sent me some extra offset shelf pins at no charge. The only thing I am not 100% happy with is that the melamine edges chip easily, as others have noted, and this was not true of the older version of the product. But the chips are small enough that they don't really show much, and overall the product looks GREAT.

The fit and finish on this is subpar. The drawers do not line up vertically. Damages to the corners during shipping were on a few pieces and the packaging was so heavy (70lbs.) that made it difficult to return. The overall fit and finish is okay and I would be hesitant to purchase another one over ClosetMaid or California Closet. You get what you pay for - sometimes.

The unit is great!! Awesome insert for my wife's closet. Made all the difference. Installation wasn't difficult at all. I only give 3 stars because I received damaged panels therefore delaying my install by 4 days. I called # provided for damaged materials and my panels were delivered from Stowe company very well packaged. So with this in mind I feel Home Depot needs to step up their game on how they ship materials. Also I want to note this unit was able to be modified to fit in a smaller closet.

The product looks great. It was delivered on time. The shelves and drawers were in perfect condition. The tower? Now so much. The metal support bracket is shipped with the tower. Both pieces were bent. We should have figured that the tower walls would be dinged up. The company sent out replacement brackets and they arrived a week later. The dings were not noticed when we requested the replacement pieces so we kept them and touched them up with a dark brown Sharpie pen. It isn't even noticeable now. Instructions were easy to follow. It makes the closet look so classy and keeps me organized. I plan to order more shelves to make the left side purse storage.

Overall, it's a good price for all you get. It looks really nice and can be adjusted to fit your space. The biggest problem for us was the lack of comprehensive instructions. This kit is comprised of 7 different units. Each unit has it's own instructions, but there are no instructions for the kit as a whole. For parts of assembly, we had to look at the picture and then wing it. Also the drawers are a bit of a pain. Every part comes with pre drilled holes except the drawers. To attach the slides to the drawer, they give you a paper template that is really annoying to use. We had to redo most of them to get the drawers straight.

I wanted to turn the second bedroom that my Mom gave me into a dressing room. She showed me this unit and I was sold. It arrived in a timely manner. Took some time to assemble but the end result was well worth it. Next, I plan on purchasing the shoe rack to coordinate with it.

We're redoing the master bedroom in our new house and I wanted a nice closet. After reading the reviews of this product, I decided to have it shipped to the store hoping that would minimize damage to the boxes during shipment. The biggest issue was it took the store awhile to find all the boxes, but the staff were so nice. When we got it home, I was happy to see there was no damage to any of the pieces. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. The flooring in the photo is Allure Trafficmaster vinyl plank flooring in Oak, also purchased from Home Depot.

The closet kit arrived at the time they told me. My husband was able to put it up pretty fast with no problem's. We bought two kits & they look really nice. We had them up for two weeks & I just love them! My husband said the drawer's were so easy to put together too. I would recommend this product for sure!

I was concerned that because this product isn't made entirely out of only wood that it would be cheap or flimsy in construction, but it is actually extremely solid materials. We were able to cut the pieces we needed to with no issues, and they turned out fantastic. When I go to use it, it feels like a luxury custom closet system.

very easy to put up remember measure 2 to 4 times to not be off by more than 1/64" from end to end when going around a corner more than and you will be hating life i was off by 1/64 max maybe less and that was probably from house settling over the years set up this system for my wife and all her shoes and clothes now only our bed is sitting on the floor in the bedroom we were able to remove 3 massive dressers and tv stand and gained over 15sq feet of walkable room (wall mounted tv as well not part of this system) (excuse the mess i made before my wife got home and organized all that stuff i just put on the shelves...what can i say i am a guy) straight shots not to difficult to mess up. i setup a short section for my shoes, socks and ties 1 drawer and towel laundry basket and my laundry basket we have in our "reach in" closet 14 Feet of racks using 4 48" vertical panels and shelving all the way across the top only lost 6.5" of closet space total about 3" on one end &3.5" at other end drawers are time consuming the first one took me about 30-40min or so to do and after that they took about 10-15min

I was impressed with the closet organizer material as soon as we unwrapped the box. It was easy to install - even the drawers which I read were not. I would recommend this to everyone! It's 1/2 price of what a professional quoted us to install the same thing.

I purchased this item online at HomeDepot, on sale, during a "get organized" event. I have a standard closet in one of the bedrooms and, with a few minor modifications, this fit it perfectly. I only had to cut the top shelves (over the hanging sections) to fit. It goes nicely with the other white furniture in the room. My only complaint is, as I was putting the closet together, I continued to discover missing parts (metal support rods, hardware, and adjustable hanging rods). I'm still providing a 5-start review, because upon e-mailing the company, they quickly mailed out the missing pieces. They were great to deal with. So, just make sure you check the boxes thoroughly for all the parts before starting the work.

Came home from running errands one day to find half of the wire shelves in our walk in closet ripped out of the wall. After 4 years, the drywall anchors the builder used just worked loose. After comparing the cost of California Closets and a few others, this seemed like the ideal solution for the cost and DIY effort. This line of organizer has most of the same parts and pieces as other more expensive "custom" organizers. The trade-offs: limited instructions, multiple add-on components (purchased separately), measuring/designing/CUTTING everything yourself. The final look is almost (close but not quite) what you would get from an online custom closet organizer place but at a substantially reduced cost. We've had them up for over two years and show no signs of wear and are rock solid on the walls. You get what you pay for, but as with any DIY project, the quality of your 'sweat equity' has a major impact on the value.

If you buy the full kit with drawers, beware. The instructions are sparse, and focus mostly on how to hang the system. The drawers are flimsy, held together with glue. I chose to use my own hardware and bolted them together, just in case. I didn't like the ugly rail system, at all. Be prepared to use some of your own hardware. Be prepared to get creative too. Rather than using the rail across the full system, I ended up bolting one of the sides directly to the wall, and then hanging the middle and other side. I was worried about putting all the weight on one wall. Really focus on how much weight you get into the studs on your walls. Also, the rods were very cheap. I went out and bought 1 1/4" wooden closet poles and associated hardware. Easy upgrade, looks much better. The knobs are cheap, plan on buying different knobs to match the room. I bought the ClosetMaid system for the other guest bedroom, which is sturdier. Wish I had gone with that one for this guest bedroom. Would not buy again.

Assembly was easy and quick. Loved that you could adjust the closet kit to fit your space as needed. Provides much needed room in an already crowded closet! Only draw back was that the railing to hook the shelving/drawer unit to didn't run across the entire back side of the unit but was only in pieces. May things a bit more difficult when trying to fit the piece perfectly in our closet but overall very satisfied!

I am so glad that I bought this for my kids closet! This kit fit perfectly in their closet. Directions are a little confusing, but if you read through them first it starts to make better sense. Took me and my husband a couple hours on a Sunday to install. This kit is good because you can move the panels and rods around to fit your closet needs.

I am so happy I decided to go with this product! Not only was it easy to assemble but it looks fantastic! Even the drawers were super easy to assemble and install!The only thing I did change was the really ugly knobs that come with it. I then bought from home depot the closet maid shoe organizers and added them underneath. My husband is happy with more room for his shirts and I am happy that we can now utilize the 120 inch high ceilings....

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT FELT IT WAS NECESSARY SINCE I READ ALOT OF THEM. This product was SO easy to put together, just myself, my husband, and a drill. The quality is excellent for the price. I paid a company to put something smaller like this in a closet before and it cost me more money i bought this, extra shelfs and shoe shelfs, and spent less than paying someone and I got way more! I would recommend this to anyone, seriously.

When my husband I first opened the box to install the system that we purchased (two delux closets, three starter closets, and 4 shoe racks) we honestly were intimidated. The most daunting part was hanging the rail system and making sure that you were in studs. After those were installed, the system was pretty simple to piece together. We have about 8-10 hours in our install, but we are very pleased with the end results.

Plan on getting creative and using extra parts that you need to supply. The drawers are cheap, you need to use your own glue. I also clamped the drawers for extra support. Also, if you are not "very good" with basic carpentry you may have problems with the add-on parts. For instance, there are no written directions on how the drawers fit into the unit. They come in their own box and have directions, however since they are not part of the main unit there are no real directions on how they go together. Also, there are no side panels for the wall. I bought extra melamine, and made my own on a table saw. Overall I am now happy with the result, however if you build it as is I think you will have problems.
