When you push the drawer on for the first time, you need to hold the sliding ball bearing piece on the bracket toward the front. The drawer will not go in all of the way, but if you apply a fair amount of pressure, it will go in and then it works great. Very happy with the drawers.

I had started my closet organizer last year. Little did I know the one I chose they would make a different size and design. I love my organizer but because of the new pieces to complete my closet they are different fronts and handles.

The drawer was easy to assemble and fit perfectly into the unit. Looks great!

Drawers don’t fit well in the System I purchased. $500 for all of it and it’s cheap.

Easy assembly and clear instruction. Not slow/self close but works fine. Makes sure to square the cabinet tower. This will make the "look" consistent.

These drawers are easy to assemble and install. I was able to create my own configuration for both the 5X24" drawers and the 10X24" drawers. This allowed me to create ample drawer and hanging space in my walk in closet, eliminating the need for dressers in our bedroom.

I need more parts to finish the closet system and it is nowhere to be found.. I

the drawers are very good and fits a lot of clothes or other items that I use regularly the only problem that I found was that it’s hard to get the same set of drawers for a cabinet that I built for my closet, I had to exchange several drawers that I bought first cause Home Depot did not have them on stock anymore and when I order them the first time they sent me different ones that the ones I purchased at the store.

Material is very good, front looks beautiful but i wish they have made the face a bit longer to cover the gap between drawer and cabinet wall in order to not see the rails. But overall it is a very good product

We purchased and assembled a complete Closet organization. Which included 2 of the 25" towers with a total of 5 of this size drawers, 2 of the 5" drawers. Also have 2 of the 16" towers with 3 drawers a piece and lastly 2 of the 12" towers for added storage. All in all able to assemble and place easily. The assembly directions could use a little work. Bottom line wife is completely happy with all the storage/organization. As the old saying goes "happy wife , happy life".

We bought the closet system this summer. The drawers are easy to assemble and fit perfectly. We are very happy with the end result.
