As previously mentioned, I had a difficult time getting my order filled. Other than that, it has worked out OK The Closet Maid product is not as good as it was 10 years ago. The cardboard gussets are useless and require a thin Masonite backing to stabilize the unit and it is too expensive.

handle broke at install. Very hard to find replacements due to the thin wall of the drawer. Had to use washers to keep the aftermarket one from moving around. They do glide well but leave gaps in the shelving that look bad

Second set I've purchased for my home, the first was a walk-in design. Great for hybrid DIYers who don't want to make an entire system, and want a nice looking closet organization system

It was easy to put together and fit nicely. The outcome was exactly what I had hoped for. It is functional and looks good.

These drawers were actually better than what I expected. They were pretty sturdy and easy to put together. Very nice look! I am pretty satisfied with this purchase!

The drawer was easy to assemble and install, and better quality than expected. The glides are very smooth. I used wood glue (as always) while assembling for added strength.

Used this as a closet enhancement. The assembly, fit and finish was very good. It did the job nicely.

This product was easy to assemble and install. My only caution is that you really need to plan in advance with the closet system; some of the shelves are basically permanent once, so depending on how you set up your shelves, you may be able to install the drawer 'exactly' where you want it.
