Worst flashlight ever. Impossible to change the battery. Then when I finally did it doesn't work anyway. Trash bin now.

I can't unscrew the tail cap on my unit, either. I tried, and two male family members tried. Flashlight is now a paperweight. Useless.

When attempting to change batteries, I found that the on/off button cap, on the end, unscrewed before the end of the battery compartment. To remove the battery plug, all you have to grip is the narrow, colored band, near the end. There is no easy way to grip this enough to put much force on it. You tend grip the black end cap, then this just unscrews, leaving the battery plug in. You can tighten it by the cap, but then you can't grip the small band to remove it. I had to get pliers to remove the battery plug. This design needs to be changed.

Very bright for a 2-AA battery. It has a clear and long reach beam.

I would say I have multiple brands of flashlights but as they fail, I find myself replacing them with Coast. The G25 model replaced 2 other LEDs lights (different brand) of similar size. These open box lights came blister packed. I picked these because they have dual power source options. I can charge the battery external from the light but still use it with 2 AA batteries while charging. The Rechargeable batteries are a separate purchase but worth it. (Red/ Green Charging status lights on the battery). The low light is still pretty bright: LIGHT OUTPUT (LOW)125 Lumens over 20 hrs and LIGHT OUTPUT (HIGH) 350 Lumens over 5 hrs. Beam is focused to flood adjustable. These are not cheaply made but inexpensive. I keep flashlights in most closets hanging on the side so everyone knows where they are if we lose power. Water and Dust resistant. Good Value At this price point, it is worth it. If you sign up for rewards you can save more money.

Works very bright. Small and lightweight Drawback : If it’s dropped it will never work again.

The battery stuck inside, and the cap broke easy, light and performance is good but the design and quality for the battery replacement is bad.

needed to exchange batteries corrsion made it difficult to pull out then spring broke and no longer able to get aligned and now fails to work

Light quality is good. Size is a little large. After purchasing this light(G25) & the G20, I was hoping for the G25 light quality to be in the G20.
