Bought one and it is just a plain old rip off! At $23 out the door, Home depot should be ashamed of their price gaugery...

I bought this thinking it would make life easier. Ive tried and tried and it wont light, takes 5-7 times before torch works. Use it for 5 seconds, wont light again for some time. If i still had the box, it would be returned. Buy a $2 lighter and save yourself money.

Item is hard to fill and get back together to get the holes all lined up in order to work. Trying to light the item is a joke. Once I finally got it lit it immediately went out. If I knew Home Depot would take it back I’d take it up there.

For small electrical connector jobs, this is perfect. Easy to use, compact and right for the jobs I do.

The torch would not light and burn brand new out of the package and yes I did fill the torch with fuel.

Very low quality

GB makes good tools, but missed it on this one. Poorly designed. The butane holder in the torch is a cheap lighter that you fill. Difficult to add butane, about froze my fingers off a few times. One filled and inserted back in, never would light. Plus it has a locking button on top that was difficult to use. I know its a safety feature, but when an adult has issues... Seems they overthought the safety and under-thought the torch.

The torch would not light - there was no spark from the sparker to light the butane. Returned for a refund.

This product is absolute garbage, it does not work and when you get it to work it won't shut off. Even when the flame goes out u need to pull it apart so it stops spitting out the gas and drains the whole thing. Save the $20 I promise you it's not worth it if it was $1.

This thing sucked!!! It’s just a cigarette lighter in a plastic housing. It never would work right. I returned it.

Following the instructions I could not get enough pressure to build in the “flintless mini bic” to actually emit a flame, much less a torch... plenty of “lighter fluid” made it in to the supplied vessel but without the pressure. My opinion is strictly for this product, not my opinion of Home Depot.

I would’ve just bought a lighter had I known that’s all this was. Not easy on the fingers when you have to keep button depressed

It’s roughly a cigarette lighter for $20 horrible item

Although it appeares to be a nice little torch/lighter for the money, I returned it because I couldn’t operate it due to arthritis in my thumb joint.

It's a okay product. It's just the igniter doesn't work a lot of the time.
