The box is working well. The only problem I had was, after cutting the hole with the power box installed on the side it would not go in the hole that I had cut. However I made my sides about 1/4" overall and it went right in.

I've installed several of these, and a few have simply broken during a careful install. the screws on the little metal clamping mechanism break before applying adequate clamping force in the wall. The cheap plastic wings on low-voltage rings are far stronger. I won't ever buy these again.

a more sealed unit for exterior walls would be better

Easy to install with clear instructions. I was able to complete the job in less than an hour. Be sure to purchase the correct outlet type for the box.

Great for hiding the wires inside of the wall

Poorly designed. Doesn't fit standard outlet plates or fixtures. Template is undersized. Once outlet box is mounted you can't get it in the template cut hole. Would not purchase again.

Super easy comes with a template. Some walls might be not deep enough for this box

Overall not bad and does a good job for what it is supposed to do. 1 major flaw is the flip tabs snap off very easily. For $25 the screws should not be that cheap when just hand tightening that they just shear off. I had to return and exchange, but be VERY careful when tightening or they will snap off.

Using included template - it is not possible to fit into wall we had to open up the opening another 1” - to fit into wall with outlet attached

Easy to install. Great solution for getting rid of those bulky cords on wall mounted TVs. Allows the tv to hang snuggly to the wall.

Installed easily and looked good. Good solution for passing cable through walls.

Once you have the wires run to the location, this box was easy to install. Cut a hole in the sheetrock using the template, insert the box and fasten the screws to lock it into place.

Instructions are clear and easy to follow. I installed a surge protected outlet in it and everything installed smoothly. Now the unsightly cords aren’t running from the side of the tv to the corner cabinet .

Did not need it took it back, but it had good quality to it
