That's not what we expect to hear, Paul! To ensure the proper results with Rust-Oleum Concrobium Mold Control, the product must have direct contact with the mold. If using a porous surface and the mold is deeper in the surface, the Mold Control may not be able to reach it. This product is also not a stain removing product, and a separate cleaning step may need to be done after treatment.

Let's talk about this! Rust-Oleum Concrobium Mold Control must have direct contact with mold to be able to eliminate it. The product crushes mold as it dries on the surface. A separate cleaning step may be needed after treatment to help remove staining.

I sprayed 2.5 gallons on mold in an attic and it doesn't seem to of helped at all.

Thank you for sharing your experience and providing this feedback. Keep in mind that once the surface has been saturated with our Concrobium Mold Control and allowed to completely dry, the mold and mildew on the surface has been killed. This treatment does not remove the mold or mildew, or stains, and an additional cleaning step is necessary to remove the mold and mildew from the affected surfaces. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 2

Don't waste your money
I could have used water and got the same result, and saved 44.00 . This product does nothing.

We're here to help, Bill! Rust-Oleum Concrobium Mold Control will crush and kill mold it has direct contact with as it dries, however a separate cleaning step may be needed after treatment to help clean older or stubborn stains.

The mold control worked great on wood after sprayed…It made the wood look like I scrubbed and cleaned it myself…No cleanup necessary…Although, I did put a drop plastic over my things because I was spraying the ceiling wood beams in my furnace room…And it’s environmentally safe, minimal smell…It’s like all in one product…I recommend it…
