I was able to greatly diminish the stains of mold.

After calling the number on the product to see if I could use it on my saddles. I went by the directions I used it twice on my favorite saddle. To start with I thought it worked great but the next day the mold was coming back.

We bought Concrobium Mold Control and it ruined the finish on our antique furniture. It stripped stain down to the wood on an antique desk and dulled the shine off an antique chair. Be extra careful using this product as it can ruin your furniture even though the manufacturer claims it is safe to use on wood finishes. Beware!

I Worked In Mold Remediation In Lafayette For 12 Years, This Product is Junk... I had worked in and around the Lafayette & West Lafayette area for well over a decade providing services which included Mold Remediation, Isolation & Removal. Often times some mold/mildew spots were so minor that we could effectively use bleach/peroxide & distilled water solution to kill the fungus. But, once in a while, the mold/mildew growth was indeed so advanced, that more drastic measures were necessary. But of all the chemicals we had employed for mold/mildew removal and blockage, this product is definitely my LEAST favorite! I am renovating a garage and when we gutted the garage down to the bare studs, we discovered some light growth of mold in one corner near the overhead door. The spot wasn't that big, probably about 12-15 Sq ft total growth accumulation spread out over 8-10 ft of wall space. I figured I would give this product a chance, but accomplished no visible results. Even after eventually applying an entire gallon of this product, I was unable to detect ANY degree of mold/mildew remediation from the affected area. In the end, I truly felt as though this was about the equivalent of spraying plain tap water onto the mold/mildew growth... There was NO visible change of any kind. Very disappointing, and I will be resorting to the tried & true application of bleach, peroxide & distilled water. * I have attached pictures of the treatment spots in question. These images are the AFTER pictures, and having waited about 4 hours to see if the effects were gradual. But, as you can see, the mold/mildew remained untouched. I did not get before pictures, but I was not expecting to have any issues, so I did not think it would be necessary.

We pulled tile off the wall and found it covered with black yuck. Thought I'd give this product a try - mostly because it had no VOCs. I followed the instructions and BAM - it knocked down the yuck. Because the drywall was gross, I scrubbed the black off and did another application. Looks perfect now. We can retile the backsplash and are confident that Mold Control will prevent further growth. Awesome stuff!

This product works great when used correctly. Spray a light even coat on all the mold. Let it dry completely to kill the mold to the root. Respray a light even coat a small section at a time and wipe clean with a paper towel.

It depends on the situation it worked in my husband shower where it could dry well but when my real estate client used it in his crawl space for fungal growth it did not kill all of it and he used twice as much as was recommended in a fogging machine. :( that's when it's important that it work well.

I’m so impressed with this spray. I sprayed my shower door, let it sit for a few minutes and when I scrubbed the mold came off so easily. Definitely recommend this product

I wanted to believe in this product after some of the positive reviews, I follow the instructions as the manufacturer recommends and I did not see and difference whatsoever. I treated a small section and right next to it I treated with bleach, I have attached some side-by-side photos so you can compare, the section treated with Concrobium has little to no effect over the mold while the bleach side looks much better. Don't waste your money on this.
