The mirror was broken on one of the doors. Instead of returning to the store for a replacement I had a local glass company replace the mirror at a cost of $180. I didn’t have time to send back and wait another two weeks for it to come in. I’ll never do this again. Mark North Texas Remodeling

Ordered two doors, two different widths. Only one came with instructions. Neither one came with all the "supplied" hardware. Between the two door sets and the local hardware store, we made both work.Once installed, they look good and glide smoothly.

Very easy to install - I am female, small framed and I did them by myself. The doors are nicely weighted and easy to adjust, they slide very smoothly.

48" was broken upon unpacking it.. I believe it got crushed as many many other doors were stacked leaning against it. Gave employees a brief lesson as I own a glass shop... still waiting on replacement

The delivery to the store came in broken twice it took me over a month to get a good one otherwise the sliding doors beer and frosted glass are very very nice and work very well easy to install

I have already advised Customer Service/Corporate I would not advise Home Deport to continue to use this company. The track came crushed and was replaced. Upon installation and cleaning the mirrors it was noticed there was a fine bright blue overspray of paint on both glass doors that did NOT come of with regular window cleaner. Pictures were taken. CW Customer Service was called and the lad answering the call must have had helicopter parents because he wanted US to do all the leg work in resolving the issue. I dug out the installation guide and found CW website and posted a poor review. Finally, someone from Corporate contacted my husband to have us send photos. Our issue was with CW needed to find out where these doors were either made or stored where painting was going on a prevent it. At this point we are not asking to replace these doors, only find a product to clean the paint off without ruining the mirrors. If I had known the name of this company when I placed my internet order and read the many poor reviews I would never had ordered. Thus, HD needs to discontinue them as a vendor.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THESE. You will regret it.

I’ve purchased four of these for my house. They are great quality with a nice heavy weight. They are easy to install, I’ve done all of them entirely on my own. I would recommend these sliders to anyone.

Was shipped missing hardware - the cutouts for the hardware hadn't even been made. I hHad to call customer service, have the wheels shipped, and then cut out the insert to attach the wheels. All-in-all, very poor quality control, which resulted in way too much extra effort for me.

Product is very good if you have time to wait and receive 4 or 5 doors in order to get one that has not come in BROKEN! I ordered 2 complete closet sliding mirrored doors. Both arrived with glass damage. Luckily I could make one complete set out of the two, and get one bedroom mirror closet door installed. The install was very easy and I liked the doors/appearance. I returned the broken one. A week later, I was called by Home Depot and they received my replacement closet door BUT it had damage and had to be reordered again. I do not know how long it will take, or how many times it needs to be ordered to get a second complete sliding closet door assy. in perfect condition. Product is good. The shipping container is improperly designed and the outside container only says: "interior door". Should read: "FRAGILE Mirror Panels Inside" along with "Handle with Care!" The manufacturer should wake up and redesign their packaging for these doors. I bet they have a lot of broken glass in their receiving department! I would look for another closet system if I new they had these issue constantly! Poor Quality Control/ Poor Shipper selection.

I loved this door after it was installed and I could see how pretty it was! I am going to order another one for another room because I am so happy with it. Easy to install because it comes with everything needed to just put into a prepared framed opening. Very happy.

We love the sliding doors They make the room look bigger and the mirrors look real nice. Good quality and a reasonable price.

Either the "door expert" ordered the incorrect door or CW is going Walmart with respect to quality. I did not have time to get a replacement or I would not have installed this door. Marginal quality at best. Not the three diamond grade I have installed in the past and was expecting.
