I had the 80% but this year upgraded to the 90%. Who knew !0% would make that much difference. We pull them down on our east facing outdoor patio early morning. These 90% shades keep the pavers, glass tabletop and siding from heating up and putting off radiant heat when we are ready to sit outside mid morning. SOOOOO much cooler. Go with 90 or even 95 if available in your style.

Awesome shades easy to assemble and great price

These shades are a great quality, easy to install and operate. We liked them so much we bought 2 more.

Works amazingly well once I ignored what their customer service told me re measurements between the end clips. MAJOR CAVEAT: it’s the exact measurement of the width of the shade! They told me 1/2” less and the next person said 1/4” less. Nowhere in the instructions. But it keeps the room SO MUCH COOLER! Faces due west, and even though I have double-cell cellular shades on the windows in there, it is usually roasting in the afternoon. No need for A/C! Thank you!

Spring roll up doesn’t stay. Slight movement makes it roll back up! Very unhappy with product.

Great sail shade for the price

So far the shades are working as desired. Adjusting the tension wheel to get the shade to raise up properly was fairly easy. It takes two people to install the mounting brackets at the correct locations. You need to install the bracket for the tension wheel end first, insert the tab that sticks out of the mounting bracket into the slot in the end of the tension wheel. Then you can measure to see where the other mounting bracket has to be positioned to accept the spring loaded pin on the other end of the roller. Someone has to hold the roller in place while the other person gets the 2nd bracket in the correct location.

Took down my shades to power wash porch, replaced shades and neither shade will retract. Model number 481773 Spring loaded, 96 inch bought at Home Depot.Waiting for Coolaroo to get back with instructions on how to relate. 6-17-2022.

Just what i needed! Have had coolaroo blinds before and knew it was a necessity for the West facing wall of doors on this house. Needed 12' widths, but 4 @ 6' are doing the trick. I think i may like the pull down better than the crank blinds (I had crank blinds at my last house). Highly recommend coolaroo blinds!

Not enough weight at the bottom to keep it from moving in even the gentlest breeze. Other than that, it works as expected to reduce sunlight and glare on my patio.

Exactly what I was looking for, simple but effective screen. Combined with a couple utility clips to hold it in place when rolled down and it works well. Wouldn’t recommend it for areas with strong constant breezes.
