Please change the picture at different angles. This does not not look exactly the same on their website www.cosmoapplicances.com. At least I think I want to buy the straight style for the top base and vent extension as the picture. This model does not have straight tubes/vent; it has curve/bend style in the center. Make sure open the package to check the style. Secondly I ordered the extension vent due to high ceiling. Then as I received the extension (that's how I know the difference of pictures of Home Depot & Cosmo website), and realized Cosmo shipped me wrong base/vent in my original package. The original package has sold base/vent of other different model. Now I cannot finish the installation for nothing is matched. Still working with their customer service.

The hood looks beautiful but makes horrible loud noise once the fan is turned on. We also received the wrong filters for it. Working with Cosmo customer service to resolve the problem. If not for the look, I would give it 1 star.

Contractor had a hard time installing it. End result was good, although the top part of hood kept slipping down so it is not flush with ceiling.

The fan is louder than I expected, but works well. Looks great in my kitchen and the ductless option is fabulous!

The console panel cable was not connected, so I have to open the hood, and connect it. Also the filter wasn't easy to install, even according the manual. The air flow wasn't powerful as described 750CM

This Range Hoos was so easy to install. Excelent price and quality.

Really well made, easy install. Went with ductless model, but I have the option of installing duct later if needed.

Amazing range hood, works like a charm fast, quick and simple to use. I was amazed on how quickly it can filter out the air and control your cooktop smoke. This is a must have range hood, if your going to upgrade your kitchen. Spend the extra dollars and get a high cfm for quicker and cleaner air suction.

I received my range hood and upon unwrapping the metal tunnel that run to the ceiling, I found them to be bent. I have all ready installed ther unit and now I am stuck with a bent air tunnel. I am not happy.

The exhaust fan is a plus for areas where you have no vents. The fan quickly and easily absorbs anything over the cooktop with simple speed controls, depending on the items that your cooking. Setup was a little hassle installing the stainless housing on the duct system.

I am very pleased in the way my Range Hood was packaged. it really compliments the Cosmo Gas oven that I purchased along with it. So far I am really enjoying it. I would recommend this item for sure.

Shipping took longer than expected and when it finally arrived it was damaged. There is a sticker on package that says to contact manufacturer first but after several calls and messages left with no return call I was left with no choice but to return to HD. I reorder and received new one after 2 weeks. I have not yet installed due to timing of job but it looks nice and cant wait to install.

Once the product was fully assembled and on the wall it was fine. Product works well and looks good on the wall. The wall anchors that come with product are not functional at all. I drilled the proper size holes in the wall and set the anchors as instructed. The anchors slide out of the holes when the weight of the hood is rested on them. I had to get different anchors and drill four separate holes. Once I used new wall anchors the hood was secure and functions properly. I suggest not using the wall anchors that come with the hood.

It is a great product I love the style it looks great in my new kitchen and it was a great price thanks Home Depot.

I bought a cosmo hood and have very bad experience: Firstly the anchors they provide cannot support the hood, so I have to buy different anchors; Secondly cosmo does not install the filters, I have to install myself and I can only install one of two black filters; Thirdly, I sent massage to them, and have not receive any response yet. I would like to return it but do not know how. the rating from me is 0.
