Plant was healthy, expected it to be a little taller since I saw it at the store being a bit bigger. Overall, it is a beautiful plant and looks healthy. The sale price was a very good deal so I didn’t mind even a little bit smaller. The basket that came with it was too skimpy for plant however.

I ordered 2 and they looked just the picture. everyone asks where i got them and comments how nice they look. Only had 2 weeks now, so far so good, I just hope the medium light spot i chose will be enough.

I received these plants last week. I looked up the care and followed instructions and the plant less than a week after i received it, is all but dead. Almost all the leaves have fallen off and what hasn't is completely brown.

The original plant size did not meet my expectations. A replacement was issued and the size was the same as the first one. Overall the Plant was received in good condition.

The plant was a surprise for my GF and she loves it!It was delivered in a timely manor and in great condition.It turned out much taller than I had thought which is a good thing, Thanks for the awesome new addition to our home.

Although, the box was destroyed in shipping. I'm waiting for the leaves to relax, and see if drops. I hope it was not traumatized during shipment. I think it is beautiful. I would express this to your shipping carrier.

Plant arrived in perfect condition and is just beautiful! I had originally planned not to use the included basket but it is much nicer than expected and now intend to keep the plant in it.

It was better than I expected. It opened up nicely and was delivered in perfect condition in a secure box. I am elated with this purchase and the price was unbeatable for that size tree!

Shipped fast and was in healthy great condition! I had to clean the leaves because dirt was on them from shipping, but other than that it was great.

Leaves Are brown, crunchy, and falling off just 4 days after buying. It’s very pretty but sad to say it’s getting returned

This is a beautiful tree and the basket that it comes in is really nice and fits great with any decor style really. However, after only two weeks of having this tree it started getting brown spots on the leaves. I researched possible reasons and ways to stop the black spots from getting worse, but have been unable to fix it. So after only having the tree for 4 weeks now I’m sadly going to have to throw it out.

Plant was not potted in the center of the woven bask and tips over very easy. We live in Miami with winds and cannot leave this guy outside. It's a beautiful tree, just wish it was potted and stabilized better.

Gorgeous tree with beautiful deep green colored leaves! It really completes the corner next to our couch. We’ve had lots of compliments on it.
