Thank you for making a 3 piece window kit because I had to modify the main exhaust panel so it would fit my small width window. All-in-all it is working well for my purpose.

So far is good. We just got it 2 weeks ago.

It gets the job done. The window kit was difficult to install but it all worked out.

This little unit is perfect for my office, and it's easy to move around to use in other rooms. Works really well, especially with the dehumidifier. I haven't had to empty it yet, but I don't anticipate it being difficult as it's pretty compact.

Wow, I ordered it, I received it, I installed it, and I turned it on, could anyone ask for more? Now maybe if I receive a similar review request after the summer or perhaps next year, then I would have more practical feedback, more information and perhaps a higher rated review.

good value for the price. cools off a small living room (with a closing door) off quickly and energy efficient. it is a little loud, that's my only complaint.

Unit was super easy to install to the window, plug in and works great! Love the remote for it and that it is relatively quiet for the most part

This was a replacement for the older version which was 8 yrs old and was starting to make loud noises when the a/c ran. This new unit was smaller took less room and still did the same great job!

Easy to setup and use. Perfect in my 200 sq ft room receiving direct sunlight most of the day.

It is very loud and rattles.

Out of the box this unit is easy to use and works but very limited on actual cooling capacity. The item description states for use up to 200 sq feet of area but this item has to really work to get it cooled off. Also the unit is noisy. Had the unit for about a month with little use but a couple of days came where we needed it but the performance was not there.

Works great, the window insert kind of sucks, but you cant beat the price

Very easy to install, cools the area we need it to, plus the sleep function is nice!

The overall unit is OK. Really doesn’t provide the cold of an air flow. The functionality of the buttons are very limited in that you can’t adjust it by strength for the cold air. We are using it in a 10 x 12‘ room and it takes it quite a while to get the room to a comfortable level. Not really thrilled with the purchase, I don’t really hate it either. It’s OK

Bought it a year ago today. This does the job of cooling, but now it rattles like marbles in a bucket. If I had known it was gonna do that I would have purchased a different one. I don't know how to stop the rattling.

I bought this unit from HD online. Was an easy set up but, oops! Missing the window unit. I need to buy some tubing. So anyway i get it going and it works great for ONE DAY! I come home yesterday and my dogs are over heating as this quit working about mid day. It basically turned into a $300 fan. Thankfully i kept the box and Home Depot was great about taking it back (always good customer service there). I took the store credit and picked up the toshiba they have on-sale in store for only a fraction more than i paid for this costway and the difference is remarkable. I was so bummed this little costway wasnt worth the box it came in. Oh, side note, i emailed them to attempt to get some trouble shooting ideas and no response.

Easy to set up, works well

I purchased 2 of these to help keep 2 off my smaller rooms (200 sq ft) cool on the warmer days. So far so good. They were easy to install and I love that I can move them from room to room if need be.
