I bought my mower in the spring, love the mower. I have used the bagger only three times and on the last time one of the clips that hold the cover broke making it useless. I should have listen to all the bad reviews.

Have only used the mower for 2 months. My yard has many small nooks and crannies and the mower gets into these very well. I've also bought the grass catcher which is worked wonderfully. I cannot speak to the longevity of this more yet but thus far I'm extremely pleased with this mower.

I bought this near the beginning of the season. I only cut 4 lawns, less than 1/4 acre each per week. As far as amount of grass that can fit in the bags its not bad. But that's about the only ok thing to it. The design is poor, and cheaply made. It will not bag wet/damp grass. The way it connects to the mower is awful. I had to modify it by adding a few additional bolts and wingnuts to keep the chute attached to the mower deck. The bagger portion is cheap and tends to fall apart/unclip from the frame.

Like other reviewers, despite the reviews, I could not believe that a mower that would be as well built as the Cub Cadet ZT1 would have such a cheap and flimsy bagger. But - it is. On the second use, the tabs broke off and now I can't close it and it is basically useless. I did bump up against my shed, but I can't imagine something that would be rendered useless after 2 uses. Not sure what I am going to do now - I have a great mower without a bagger that I spent $450 on. If it was quality, the price would not have been a big deal, but . . .

We purchased our ZT1 and love the mower but this attachment is worthless! Made of cheap plastic and 6 pieces have already broken off. Held together with a bungee cord! Club Cadet should fix this!!!!

As with all the other reviews, this bagger lasted all of (maybe) 2 mows. Then the plastic clips started falling off everywhere and it couldn't hold together. What a waste of money.

I bought my ZT2-50” August 1919. Also paid the $500 for the bagger, which I hate, it’s a pain to take off the shoot every time it plugs up, cover broke after first use. Waste of money for the bagger, but I love the mower!! Best mower I’ve ever owned and I’m 63.

I bought the bagger at my local cub cadet dealer along with a zt1 mower. Love the mower, hate the bagger. I have used the bagger twice and it has broken twice. The plastic clips on the one side break as soon as you let go of the lid after opening it. The dealer has replaced the piece twice. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the bagger

Set up was not bad getting out of pallet was not very easy. Mower cut lawn very well. Still learning not to tear grass up on turns. Ride is very good. Bagger system works well. Was easy to install. Have mowed my lawn 8 times so far cut time in half from my 33 inch walk behind cub cadet can’t wait for the leaves to drop to see how it does with them.

Very easy to operate. Zero turn means exactly that, zero turn. It cuts the lawn in a very even pattern. The bagger takes a while to fill up, so you can cut a couple of yards before you need to empty it.

We are having an issue that may be due to a defect. The plastic lid top has a warp in it that is inhibiting the proper closure of the lid. We are requesting that someone from home depot call us for that we can fix the problem.

Bagger assy was easy to install. Glad it kept the towing hook-ups. Does a great job of cleaning up the grass. Know it will do good this fall with leaf cleaning.

One season the lid already broke. Clippings fly everywhere and had to clamp the closed due to the fact it comes in done while mowing. Biggest pile of junk

Hard to believe Cub Cadet would produce such a piece of junk as an accessory to the very successful new Z1 line of mowers. This product is flimsy at best, lacks any real structural support on the bagger shell and the tube material is very thin. This is my second zero turn mower from Cub Cadet. My last one was a 2012 RZT and the bagger was made of a very heavy solid shell with a metal frame and structure which was made to withstand normal use. This new bagger requires you to treat it with velvet gloves, consists of multiple thin pieces of plastic and can snap in a second due to no support mechanism for the lid when it is opened and the tabs being so thin. Highly disappointed in both Home Depot for selling this junk and for Cub Cadet for robbing customers of $450+ for something that clearly costs about $25 to manufacturer.

k couldn't be more disappointed in a product the cheap plastic top broke the very first time I used it so obviously it won't last for years to come with a $500.00 price tag i was expecting a quality product very disappointing

Product is great but the customer service sucks

Grass chute kept clogging up.

Slides easily when cutting on an incline making it difficult to keep balance on the mower.

I really enjoy my new mower. Cuts evenly and smooth. I have run a John Deer but I prefer the Cadet

Double bags do not seal well around attachment throwing grass clippings everywhere.

Top quality Mower, does everything and more that I expected. Service from Home Depot was great. Very happy with the service and the product.
