the heater broke after 26 months, called Cuisinart and they won't support it as its out of warranty. Scam! Wish we knew this was going to happen before we purchase. Going to seek other companies that offer better quality and support. Strong DO NOT BUY!

It quickly makes a pot of great tasting pot of coffee. I do wish the single serve side could hold a taller travel mug. Also when using the pods it has a tendency to splash out on the counter a bit - using a taller cup took care of that. This is my second cuisinart brewer. I have never had any major issues with these products and I would highly recommend.

Having the option to do a pod or a pot is awesome!

If it breaks they replace. They help you out a lot. The coffee maker is great. I can either make a full pot or just one cup

Product is good, just wish there was a 12oz setting for the single serve.

Great space saver compared to having two separate appliances!

Everything was good but the little cap where the coffee goes for k cup came with a hole I need a replacement.

This unit makes a great cup or pot of coffee quickly. Looks great. The company stands behind their products!

It worked great then died before I had it a full month. Went to push brew and it didn't work. So I unplugged it and when I plugged it back in it didn't turn on at all. Just mailed it back.

Now that I have a working machine, I love it! I ordered one through my credit card points system and was so excited to use it and was it ended up being a broken one. Reached out to Cuisinart regarding my warranty (since I had just gotten it). They asked what was wrong and once I sent pictures and an explanation, I was told a new one is being shipped out. I am enjoying using my new coffee maker. I love that I can make a full pot of coffee or just a single offering which is perfect for my household! I like the auto programming function, which helps make my life easier. The water heats up quickly and the coffee pot is great quality and size.

Keeps coffee hot, only complaint is that it is difficult to put water on top , very small opening. Otherwise best coffee maker I’ve had.

Missing the lower needle for the K-cup side of the unit.

beautiful, great functioning brewer. Takes up minimal space while making great pot or single serve coffee.

A quality dual coffee maker At a reasonable price. Nice features with the different size cup 6,8,10 oz to select from for single serve. A nice improvement for the coffee maker spoils be to supply an adaptor to fit the different size cups for the single brew. The coffee splatters as it drips into the cup, a device to raise cup to drop area would eliminate the spraying of coffee droplets. Recommend purchase Overall The product is great, happy with purchased but could be improved improved .

I like that you can make a whole pot or just one little cup. Very convenient!

Pros: Less space for both pot & k-cup on countertop. Pot side is cone (not flat bottom) filter. Cons: k-cup side splashes badly due to the height drop from dispenser to cup stand. I have to use a block under my cup to reduce the splash. And water refill designs can be improved.

Leaks from the back all over the counter, do not buy definitely not worth the money. Purchased the keurig duo plus from Costco this Is the one that works the way its suppose to.

Had the regular cuisinart but got this one so guests that stay with us have the option to make a quick cup of coffee. Works great, very happy with it.

Nice look,, I like having the duel function. Only downside is the water reservoir on the POD side is very small...you only get two mugs of coffee before you have to refill..

I have had the coffeemaker almost a month. Good overall brews very good coffee. very pleased. My only complaint is its not easy to pour fresh water in the brew container, the lid is in the way, and there is a very small area to pour in the water. It could have been better designed and is quite irritating.

The single cup side caused several of the cups to rupture spilling coffee grounds all over the machine and into the coffee. Had to quit using the machine.

The ground coffee side worked without a problem but the capsule side was horrible. It spit coffee out over the cup, the counter, and the machine. I had read about this in other reviews but decided to try it anyway being a Cuisinart and all. Big mistake. Returned it the following day. What a waste!
