We get a perfect brew and love the option of a cup or a full pot. The minimal drawback is the little splatter on the counter as the Kcup drains into the coffee mug. One quick wipe and we're good to go!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!! It leaks, it makes a splashing mess on my counter and it doesn't make the water hot enough. Waste of money.

First time we used it it leaked water from the k-cup water tank and never stopped leaking.

Really like the versatility of two in one coffee maker.

The K-cup holder and needle are missing and the instructions don't explain well about it, need a better diagram and how can I get the K-cup and needle.

We are really impressed with the overall design and ease of this coffee maker combo. yes as others have expressed it does spatter a bit, but easy to wipe up. Highly recommend this product

Very awkward to fill for regular coffee.

Even better than I thought it would be. Excellent quality, no issues whatsoever. Replaced my existing unit that was showing it's age though still operating fine.

Really nice and saves space. Works great and I don't have any "leaking" problems but the pouring space is small.

My husband and I drink different types of coffee. But we did not have the room for two different machines. This machine is not too bulky. It makes good coffee.

As a coffee lover I like the flexibility to make a cup or a pot.

1000% times better than the Kurig every thought of being. Makes great coffee every time and it doesn't take up all your counter space.

Love this coffee maker. Makes great coffee. Water is very hot which extracts all the food flavors of the coffee. It’s easy to use and setup. I specially love the water filters! Great buy!

Easy to use; however the Kcup can get messy. Sometimes the coffee maker single server will drop chucks of coffee grains to my cup.

The coffee maker is pretty on my counter and works great. The only thing I don’t like is the tiny water reservoir you put the water in for the coffee pot side. It’s small and when I put the water in it spills all over the back of the coffee maker.

We have had Cuisinart coffee makers for many years now. I have the GE slate appliances so I wanted this color to go along. It is not exact but works well. We have been pleased with the product and flexibility of both a pot or cup of coffee. I love the soft blue lighting! Great product!

The coffee pot lid has to be pulled off verse a hinged lid. Doesn't have an off switch but a timer or you have to program to cut off after brewing. Both of the issues relate to the company saving money. I will keep because I like the coffee but those two issues are a little irritating.

Had to return it. It didn’t work. Must say return process was hassle free and the quickest I’ve ever dealt with....

Pouring water in the reservoir is difficult and raising the lid after coffee is made causes water to leak from back of lid.
