Since we are home more, I have been baking more. This machine has taken a lot of bread kneading stress off my arthritic hands when working with yeast doughs. My husband loves the home baked loaves of bread. We both like that this machine is more quiet than most large mixers. Saves money on gourmet baking! Money well spent!

I love the style and color, accessories are easy to put on and remove; the recipes are delicious and easy to prepare.

This stand mixer is amazing with easy operating and great instructions and tons of recipes included! Definitely higher quality compared to other brands.

Works great, ice cream is great if you use heavy whipping cream instead of heavy cream.

I like it. For the price it does what I need. Speaking of needing I make a lot of homemade bread and the kneading of two loaves is it's max and seems to be working hard to knead that much, but it does the job. This is my first home standing mixer, so it's tough to compare to other brands. Still $100 cheaper than the low-end Kitchen Aide mixers.

Works well, price is right compared to KitchenAid, and the higher wattage does give it more power. It is HEAVY, if you don't have counter space storage you're going to need a big cabinet area and lifting it out is kind of awkward.

I've used it once to make Spelt Bread to test out a recipe that I've been dying to make. The best part is- it was not as noisy as I had expected. LOVE it! I have been searching for a simple stand up mixer but on the durable side like the Kitchenaid. But this really does the job for someone who rarely uses a stand up mixer. I didn't want to settle for the handheld mixer. It is a life saver for those suffering with arthritic hands!

I was very excited about my new cusinart mixer. My old mixer finaly gave in after almost 20 years. I love my new mixer so far I've used it several times. I am happy with the paddle, dough hook and the whisk attachments they all worked well. The bottom of the bowl must be scaped down a couple of times since it doesn't reach that far. The only real disapointment I have is it is very heavy even just flipping the top up and down. I should have looked at a bowl raising feature instead.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this mixer! I have used the kitchen aides and i just dont care for them as much as i do the Cuisenart! Ive made potato bread, cinnamon rolls , and pizza crust! They all turned out fantastic!

I received this mixer for my birthday after years of rationalizing NOT needing one and comparing it to the other very popular brand of stand mixer. All of my kitchen power tools are Cuisinart, and I trust the quality of the brand. I don't know how I ever lived this long without this in my kitchen. I find myself baking more frequently and making things I otherwise would not have made without the aid of this mixer. I have used it for mixing various cookie doughs, cake batters, some fairly heavy bread doughs, and to blend seasoning and other ingredients into ground meat (a process which also texturizes the meat), as well as experimenting with different types of meringues and buttercreams. The motor is a powerhouse-- it has never struggled with any recipe I have thrown at it. The speed dial is very easy to locate and adjust without having to look. The bowl, attachments, and motor unit are solid and sturdy-- there is nothing flimsy about this machine. It is easy to clean and looks beautiful in my kitchen (I got the red model). I look forward to purchasing the pasta attachment for the mixer soon. The only bad thing about this mixer is that I have easily gained 15 lbs from all of the baking I've done. Instead of looking through cookbooks and wishing I had the time to make a certain cake or pastry, I can just get up and whip something together in 10 minutes (including clean-up). The price, the quality, the ease-of-use, and the aesthetics of this mixer should make it a staple in anyone's kitchen. I love it.

Bought it for my wife for Christmas to knead dough for homemade bread. Made the job simple, clean and fast. Beats kneading the dough by hand.

Received this mixer as a gift for Christmas. Every time I use it, for bread dough or cakes, I have to keep raising the hook/paddle in order to scrape the unmixed ingredients off the sides and bottom of the bowl. It is truly frustrating. There must be a solution to this problem, but other than holding the bowl up out of its base, I don't see it.

Very well made. Color looks great in my kitchen. Bought the silver color one and works great. Mixes all the down to the bottom. Also a quiet mixer not loud like others. The mixer had a bluish look to it but silver. Makes it stand out. Comes with other three handles too.

My husband got this for me for Christmas and I've been going crazy baking all kinds of holiday treats it makes it so much easier

So far so good, no complaints! I have not used it to make bread yet but will try and update my review after doing so.

Overall, I'm happy with the mixer. I like the deep bowl, the ease of attaching the paddles, the color (black) etc. However, the paddle isn't long enough to reach the bottom of the bowl, so I end up having to stop the mixer in order to incorporate the ingredients. Perhaps the amount of mix is too little. That said, it's still more convenient than my hand mixer.

100% satisfied. The first stand mixer I’ve ever owned and I choose Cuisinart for all my small appliances.

Mixes really well, I only have to scrape the side of my bowl a couple of times. Love the different speeds that it can do. My only issue is I wish the cord was a little longer but that's not a deal breaker.
