This stuff is complete garbage I bought four buckets, over a week later some tiles are still wet and pulling up easily. Unbelievable complete waste of money.

Very slow to dry/harden under tile

All the convenience of pre-mixed goes out the window because the consistency is airery. So much extra effort to have the compound stick to a surface.

Saved a lot of time over mixing. Kept it stirred so it would not dry out. When saving for next day I cleaned sides and covered inside with saran wrap to help keep it moist. Worked well.

Not sure if we got a bad batch or what but this stuff was terrible. The mortar didn’t stick to the wall and kept falling off in large clumps. Finally gave up after setting only a few tiles. Bought a different brand that worked much better.

Just what I need, perfect for the job

Simple set when it first came out was much better quality and 3 1/2 gallon bucket and the name was thin set. The simple set is very dry to work with and it does not stick as good as thin set the original and it does not have expiration date or manufacture date and I have lost many work days because the product I cannot work with it I have to return it and come back another day to do the job

Tiles my bathroom went on vacation for a week and a half and came back to tiles still shifting, not all but some. Customer service told me for tiles larger than 8*8 it can take 4 weeks to cure lol. What a joke! My tiles are 6*32. Long but very narrow. Good thing this is my house and I can do without the guest bathroom for 4 weeks

The premixed mortar was very easy to use.

I use two different thinsets And realize this was the only area that did not dry and the tiles were still moving

Been sitting for two weeks and it never cured. The grout around the tiles just cracked all over and when I pulled up the tiles it was still wet and I could scrape it off with a credit card. Completely trash and destroyed my $500 in materials. Do not buy!
