Better than original. The spout on the tub faucet in my manufactured home broke off when I pulled the knob up to direct water to the shower head. Luckily, a Home Depot store about 30 miles away had this somewhat better faucet in stock. Since I wasn't sure whether the connections were centered or offset, I bought both types. After cutting a hole in the sheet rock inside a kitchen cabinet to access the back of the tub, I was able to replace the faucet. (It turned out to be the centered style.) This one is a single piece of molded plastic, so the spout shouldn't break off. Also, the hot and cold water controls are handles, rather than knobs. That's a little more classy, and makes adjustment easier. There aren't many tub faucets available for mobile homes. I appreciate being able to find these at Home Depot. They also accepted the returned offset faucet with no trouble. I recommend this tub faucet to my fellow mobile home owners.

Product works fine just a few flaws. First off it’s plastic, not metal and is cheaply made. And secondly the connectors in the back are plastic and we had to use metal fittings. The metal fittings kept stripping the plastic grooves. It was a mess at first but after we got it attached, it’s been working fine.. no leaks and no issues.

I live in a manufactured home. This shower faucet was about the only one offered at a reasonable price that was a direct replacement. In fact, I had to purchase this faucet on-line as the store did not carry any! I was very disappointed that the store only has $400 plus shower units that are ugly as sin. I was hoping for a better constructed faucet as this one is very cheaply made.

I'm pleased with my purchase.

The product is a chrome finished piece of plastic. Piece of junk. Paid $50.00 for a piece of plastic that probably wouldn't more than a few months with daily use. I thought it was a toy faucet when I opened it because it was so light and cheaply made. I purchased this online not realizing it was plastic but I promptly returned it to my local Home Depot for a refund. Would not recommend purchasing this product.

Had to modify the tub/shower as the shower hookup is offset from the original. A hole saw solved that and faucet assembly covered original hole no problem. Much better than original work great.

The description is deceiving. It should state it is plastic. Not made of metal. It looks ok but feels cheap.

The plastic is so cheap that it broke during install. Had to buy another faucet immediately after this one and throw this one away. It was a waste of money.
