Powerful but difficult to start sometimes

After a few tries starting it up, it finally fired up. Great power, easy to move. Will look into getting an extended hose to allow greater range. If it lasts as long as my old dewalt (15 years), I will be very lucky.

Very powerful machine compared to my 2800 psi

Upgraded from a Genera 3100 psi 2.8 gpm unit to this one. This is a game changer. I was able to do my whole house in less than half the time of the old unit. This unit starts great and smooth and runs amazing. Very happy with purchase.

This was a good choice

Best and most powerful pressure washer I’ve ever used. It blew my 12 year old son back when he pulls the trigger wouldn’t buy anything else and worth the extra money for the better pump

This power washer by DeWalt has plenty of power. Washed the siding, concrete driveway, took the mold off of the mailbox timbers super quick. The Honda engine started right up but after an hour I idled it down and it died and was tough to get started again. I took the spark plug out and it was fine, put it back in and got the engine going again. After that I never had a problem with it starting up. I do not like the hose, very stiff and kind of a pain. The spray gun is a bit awkward, it could be longer between the handles. Easily moved around. The unit itself gets five stars, the gun and hose I would give two.

Great washer gets the job done

I set up the unit and was able to use it for about 5 hours and then it lost its pressure. I shut the unit down and when to the manual to see what could be causing this. Read up and found a possible answer. Made the adjustment to the pressure control and did not attempt to use it for a few days. I then went to use it and could not pull start it. Like the pistons in the unit seized up.

Pressure washer works great. Assembly was easy. The unit came with quick connect fittings, but the hose came with screw on fittings. Dewalt sent me another hose for quick connect but was the same one I already had. Went to the store to get the proper fittings and adapters to make the hoses work.Bit of an inconvenience.

Bolts fell out of the mounting plate for the CAT pump. Pump detached from engine within 15 minutes of use and then lost hydraulic fluid, damaging the pump. Washer returned for full refund.

A nightmare to maintain. plenty of metal handles and engine block is solid but all the breakable parts of plastic and they just don't stop breaking. Just lost my waterpump handle. Buy anthing but this piece of junk

Nice professional grade pressure washer. Only used it for about 12 engine hours so far but it has worked perfectly.

This thing is a beast. So powerful and is easy to start Compared to my 2500psi Lowe’s Special. Only complaint is the nutserts for rubber feet stripped out and rubber feet fell off after 6 hours of use.
