Great machine! used it multiple times for duration of 3-5 hours. Great power much quieter motor than my last machine. Have not had to use any chemicals it is powerful enough to remove the toughest spots!

Bought new the end of last year and used it for the first time and the hose has a big chunk of rubber gouged out of it

Took 5 min. to assemble and get washing. I added a hose reel for easier wind up of the wand hose. Bought this model to get the Cat pump.

For cleaning ability, power and durability this is the unit to get. The CAT pump can't be beat for performance and durability and Honda GX-390 engine is commercial rated. For me the speed of cleaning and the power of the unit are features that stand out the most. The Dewalt 4200 PSI 4.0 GPM Pressure Washer really does the job!

This machine is nothing short of great ! Extremely powerful, easy to use, starts with 0 issues and simply looks beautiful. Shipped nicely packed without issues, extremely easy to assemble and shipping was fast. CAT pump and Honda motor both looks, sounds and works great ! If you are in the market for a pressure washer i would recommend going with a machine such as this one that couples a honda motor with a CAT pump. Final cost is more than an average pressure washer, but look at this machine as a one time purchase.

Very powerful

I could never start this for the first time. I had a neighbor that is a mechanic look at it, he couldn't start it. I re-read instructions, found three videos online and confirmed that I had done everything correctly, and the machine, beautiful as it was, NEVER STARTED. I spent half an hour on assembly, followed the instructions to a T, and then spent 4 hours on trying to get it to start. Since it's a Honda engine, it's probably an anomaly and I'll probably order another and hopefully it will start.

Love the Honda engine. Only complaint is it the water pressure is a little weak. That’s not a huge deal.

The Honda GX200 engine with good maintenance has served this Dewalt power washer for over 10 years without fault. The AAA water pump was just replaced and it was easy to do. I wouldn’t buy another power washer as this combo serves our farm and building maintenance perfectly.

So far this has been a great machine. A lot of power. Easy to crank and better on fuel efficiency that any of my other machines.

Rating given after one use. But love the performance so far. Anticipate that the CAT pump will live up to its reputation. These are expensive but should survive a long time with a little TLC.

The unit arrived with bent landing gear which made it difficult to apply the two handles. The high pressure quick coupling was out of round making it difficult to connect the hose. The engine was beyond difficult to crank. I finally got it cranked, and it gave me the best two hour pressure washer experience I have ever had until the pump quit working. Thanks to Home Depot return policy, I was able to return it for a full refund. Despite all of the problems with this particular unit, I will be ordering an identical unit. I believe this is a ‘one-off’ because I believe Honda small engines and CAT pumps are totally capable of being a perfect match for around the house use.

This pressure washer is an absolute BEAST! Tackled all of my household pressure washing tasks with ease. More than enough pressure and flow to comfortable run a large surface cleaner. Probably more than what is actually needed for a residential pressure washer, but with the Honda motor and CAT pump, it should last for many years to come.

Could not get it to start after many tries.

Lots of power, great design, love the post pump chemical/soap injector. Like the fact it has a manual throttle, choke and especially a valve to turn off the gas to the carburetor. Well worth the price I paid.

pump leaks oil after using twice..returning

I purchased this pressure washer 5 years ago, minimal use. Stored in a heated basement w/gas drained. Tried starting to pressure cleaning of the patio (1 hr use) and the unit locked up. Pull the plug, pulled the chord and oil spirted out of the spark plug hole. This should not have happened. Now to find a Dewalt authorized repair shop to analyze and possible repair the pressure washer. I really expected more and better quality and dependability from Dewalt, especially at the $1000.00 price
