Great machine! used it multiple times for duration of 3-5 hours. Great power much quieter motor than my last machine. Have not had to use any chemicals it is powerful enough to remove the toughest spots!

Bought new the end of last year and used it for the first time and the hose has a big chunk of rubber gouged out of it

Took 5 min. to assemble and get washing. I added a hose reel for easier wind up of the wand hose. Bought this model to get the Cat pump.

For cleaning ability, power and durability this is the unit to get. The CAT pump can't be beat for performance and durability and Honda GX-390 engine is commercial rated. For me the speed of cleaning and the power of the unit are features that stand out the most. The Dewalt 4200 PSI 4.0 GPM Pressure Washer really does the job!

This machine is nothing short of great ! Extremely powerful, easy to use, starts with 0 issues and simply looks beautiful. Shipped nicely packed without issues, extremely easy to assemble and shipping was fast. CAT pump and Honda motor both looks, sounds and works great ! If you are in the market for a pressure washer i would recommend going with a machine such as this one that couples a honda motor with a CAT pump. Final cost is more than an average pressure washer, but look at this machine as a one time purchase.

Very powerful

This pressure washer is an absolute BEAST! Tackled all of my household pressure washing tasks with ease. More than enough pressure and flow to comfortable run a large surface cleaner. Probably more than what is actually needed for a residential pressure washer, but with the Honda motor and CAT pump, it should last for many years to come.

Could not get it to start after many tries.

Lots of power, great design, love the post pump chemical/soap injector. Like the fact it has a manual throttle, choke and especially a valve to turn off the gas to the carburetor. Well worth the price I paid.

pump leaks oil after using twice..returning

I purchased this pressure washer 5 years ago, minimal use. Stored in a heated basement w/gas drained. Tried starting to pressure cleaning of the patio (1 hr use) and the unit locked up. Pull the plug, pulled the chord and oil spirted out of the spark plug hole. This should not have happened. Now to find a Dewalt authorized repair shop to analyze and possible repair the pressure washer. I really expected more and better quality and dependability from Dewalt, especially at the $1000.00 price

I am really satisfied with this pressure washer. I was initially going to buy a pressure washer at Lowe’s but got tired of waiting for an associate for one hour to lower a pressure washer. I decided to take my business to Home Depot.

This pressure washer is awesome. Excellant power, starts easy, nice having the 50 foot hose

First, this shipped freight carrier. HD didn't disclose this at purchase. I got a call from freight carrier with no notice saying I 'had to be present between 8-4pm the next day'. I have a job. I can't do that so had to make arrangements to pickup at terminal. These take 1.2 quarts of oil, ship empty and come with 32 oz. SO you'll have to purchase more oil to even start it. Guess what else? The one I bought did not start. AT ALL. So I returned it. NEVER AGAIN. These are made by Simpson btw.

Worked as expected, I combined it with a jet snake to clean all my lanai channel drains. Worked perfectly.

You can never go wrong with the Honda motor and the cat pump this pressure washer puts out hours and hours of durability and cleaning.

Easy to assemble. Started right up after adding oil (provided) and gas. Instruction manual is reader friendly. Only wish it came with a 3/8" x 50' hose instead of the bulky 5/8" x 25' hose. Bought a rotary head and a 50' replacement hose and couldn't be happier with my new Dewalt power washer.

Very solid pressure washer. HondaGX 200 engine (will last longer and be reliable). CAT triplex pump (expensive but can be rebuilt/fixed in the future). Powerful (better than my last pressure washer. Getting close to professional gear). Lost one star because as written by others the washer moves all the time. That’s a pain and it’s wheels can mark a clean surface. Engine start: don’t trust the “easy to pull”. Like most pressure washers, you must have one hand on the wand to keep the water flowing, then one easy pull with the other hand and a foot on one wheel is how you start it. Beware where the wand is pointed to.

This power washer is great for around the house projects, big and little.
