Unfortunately, we have had to take it to get serviced twice. The pump oil keeps leaking. Besides that, it's a powerful machine.

the 3800 Dewalt produces a Very powerful jet .

This machine is bad to the bone works very well

My workers and visitors have all expressed admiration at the machine. They describe it as a “powerhouse”. It does the entire kid in half the times other machines took. The manual and safety tips were clearly and compellingly laid out. I will honk for Honda!

Great pressure washer!!! Meet all my expectations!!!

After I added fuel and oil, it started on the first pull of the rope. This thing is a work horse. I was amazed at how easy it is on fuel considering the pressure it puts out. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

With the CAT industrial triplex pump it will last for years. Worth the extra money you can’t beat.

So far my technician says it works great!

With a Honda Motor / Cat Pump it's hard to go wrong with this unit. I looked hard at 4 gpm / 4k + psi units however my water source was on the edge of being able to supply a 4 gpm washer so I took the safe road with this 3.5 gpm unit. Overall I'm very happy with it. if I had a complaint I would say the hose is too stiff which makes it difficult to roll and un-roll.

So far so good. started on the first pull. Floods easily, does not need much choke after having been run for a while.

Hold on Tight! Lot’s of power compared to my 3100 PSI.

like the larger engine/its a little hard to start without holding the handle to release the water pressure and pulling with the other hand.

This machine is somewhere between elite level DIYer and entry level commercial use. There was no task I couldn’t complete around the house. I paired it with the Ridgid 18” surface cleaner and was very pleased with the results. My only complaint is that the hose to the wand can be a pain. I’m thankful that it is kink-free, but it often has multiple loops that get hung up on themselves. If you stretch out the 50’ hose prior to use, it cuts down on most of the problems. I would rate this product at 4.5, but that wasn’t an option. The machine is a beast. If you can manage the hose, you will be pleased with it.
