Good saw, easy to insert and remove the blades. It didn't have any problems cutting through 3/4" Plywood. There are stronger saws but for the money this is pretty great.

I love the power on this tool. I have many of dewalt tools. This is the first time I had bought a jig saw from them. The blades are also easy to change out and it has a decent size cord so you don’t have to find an extension cord if your doing work close by.

Poor product
This model doesn’t have dust blower. Dusts from fibreboard cuts immediately block the direction. The cut looks terrible despite my effort to keep the movement straight. For 40% of this tool’s cost Black Decker model works perfectly fine. I can see exactly where the BnD saw moves and give it full control, producing straight cuts easily, unlike this terrible Dewalt tool.

Very poorly made.
Returning it ASAP. It cuts all over the place. Blade mechanism wobbles. Impossible to cut a straight line.

Black and yellow for life
Every tool in my truck is black and yellow. Loyal customer for life. I know no matter what the job is I'm doing my Dewalt tools can handle it. As a small business owner I can't afford to deal with broken tools and I know its never an issue with Dewalt. My jigsaw never binds up or gets stuck, the blades last forever and there's plenty of torque.
