The trigger doesn't work properly and very often misfires. Works perfectly if holding the gun upside down, but not the rest of the time. I am have shot less than 2000 nails through this gun and don't dare use it anymore, which is saying a lot because I have used some sketchy nail guns in the past. I'll stick with my Hitachi that works properly and isn't going to get someone injured. DeWalt should recall these nailers.

Some internal seals or "O" rings failed the first time I used it; completely useless. Home Depot took it back and replaced it with another one. I have not used this one yet so I don't know if the previous issue was unique.

Great coil roof nail gun. I could nail shingles so fast that I felt like a pro!!!!

I used my son's and loved it. So got one for myself. Plan to use it when I finish the basement.

Bought this tool 6 months ago and used on three jobs. The trigger spring mechanism came broken where I had to push the trigger out before making contact with wood. Now the trigger has broken to the point it won’t engauge to shoot a nail. I wish I just bought another brand but this was all my store had in stock

Works great... Way easy to handle, comfortable in my hand.

I'm on my second one of these and decided to return it and hand nail 27 squares. Even when adjusting the psi at the compressor and depth, plus very quick and light trigger finger, this nailer spits 3 nails out at once. The hammer in the nailer shot uneven so nail heads would curl or shoot sideways.

Must have if you're a roofer. Cut the job time by more than 50%.

I am a framer. I use this gun daily and I have for the past year and it has still held up. I modified it and took two sprains out of the safety, to make it shoot faster. It shoots nails really fast and also consistent rarely leaving any shiners. I highly recommend this gun to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative.

Bought the same model about 11 years ago. Used on only one roof, oiled it and put on shelf. When I went to use after Ian, didn't work. Parts had fallen off when I did first roof,and nails wouldn't advance. Fixed with cotter pins, and worked. Started to fix my shed roof ,trigger disintegrated. Saw ad for same model, $150, went to store, $230 Had to get to finish roof before wet season. Hope it can work for 400' Sq, last one was piece of Chinese CRAP!!!!!!!

Have a lot of power, do what is supose to do. confortable to the hand.

Great framer gun. Bought it to build a privacy fence around my house. It worked perfectly with 2” round head nails and didn’t even have to change the depth of the nail. Just set to 120PSI and roll with it.

Light, well built and easy to handle. Only have 1k nails through it so far but flawless performance. Typically expensive as with any DeWalt tool but worth it, IMO.
