Broke, exchanged it, broke gain
I got one did like 3 seconds of routing, then snapped in half. Replaced it and the same exact things happened after a few mins. I thought Diablo was the best. Going with another brand for bits now

I have bought many great Diablo router bits, and...
I have bought many great Diablo router bits, and bought this one 2 weeks ago. I always make multiple shallow passes to not stress the bits but this one shattered inside my router chuck after a handful of mortises. HD gracefully replaced the bit for me, so hopefully this was a one-off occurance.

First cut. As soon as it touched the work it snapped at the collet. Shocking since I had predrilled an 1.25 hole and started the circle cut with a saw.
Possibly user error? I didn't just shove it right in. It should have kicked or something. Not snapped.

Actually bought several of these to use in my CNC....
Actually bought several of these to use in my CNC. These are inferior junk, I had simple cuts and these bits broke after several inches. I will stick with Freud and Whiteside for router bits.
