If this is a product you need this is the one to buy. I have used both insulated and non insulated versions in my basement reno, and the insulated version has a nicer feel when the finished floor is in place.

Easy to cut and install; they were a good subfloor for the basement bathroom upgrade I did. It really changed the feel of the floor, went from freezing cold to a very comfortable room temperature. Highly recommend.

I was ready to go purchase this product, read the reviews online to be sure this is what I want. In-store, the product looks pretty good BUT, on the last skid, there were some damaged edges. Some reviewers below said the OSB was quite flimsy, but from my inspection in-store, I thought the OSB was quite firm (ex- unable to bend the damaged edges back into place). I think I will still use this product when I absolutely have to get the basement done (like the R-value and foam), but think it is slightly overpriced for what you get (hence I wait).

There are other products that are less expensive and just as effective when doing a basement reno. Needed to buy these to replace a few water soaked ones.

Warmer floor, warmer room, dampens sound. Not bulletproof but holds up when positioned in place.

Good product but make sure your floor is level, you also need to glue down the edge tiles or they will creep apart if there is a space to creep into.

Easy to install and configure, pull bar goes a long way at the edges.

It made my walkout very livable and comfortable. The temperature used be 18C before and now never falls below 20C. It was very easy to install as well.

Easy to cut and install. It provides very good thermal insulation as advertised. However, It would be ideal if there is a routing tool to reduce amount of waste and reduce the amount of cut tiles. Material is somewhat expensive, but still worth it.

Had to use these as they met up best with the first version of dricore. Odd that they changed the profile. These panels are not as well glued together as they used to be, are more fragile. I wish dricore had kept up their quality instead of charging more for cheaper construction and less material than the initial product.

Easy to install using the tongue and groove system. Also, instantly felt a temperature change in the basement after installation.

Easy to lay down. Completed a 300 sq. ft in about 10 hours. Our basement required many complex cuts, but skill saw worked great. Had a ridge running down the middle of the room and just carved out material on bottom to keep the floor level. Worked like a charm! Has increased the comfort of our basement a great deal.

Pros: - Easy to transport - we purchased 50 panels at a time which fit into our hatchback - total project was about 1200 sq.ft. or 300 panels which worked for us being close to HomeDepot. - Quick and easy installation. - Finished floor is significantly warmer and more comfortable under foot. Cons/watch out for: - Had to watch for damaged tongue & grooved edges. Some were still usable, others were not. Install Tip: The shims which are part of the system work great for low spots but I found that for localized high spots in the concrete I preferred to shave or cut down the insulation backing slightly to get a level top surface.

I bought Dricore+ to add a more comfortable base for LVT in basement. Very easy to install, looks good. Now, if only I could figure out how to cut for an irregular wall!!!
