I had a number of their older tiles in my garage. When it came time to put down these insulated tiles, I realized I was short. I purchased these newer tiles and found they were slightly smaller, slightly thinner and the quality of the OSB and the tongue and grove integrity was greatly reduced.

When I did my basement 3 yrs ago this stuff was $3 a piece. Disgusting what they are charging now.

easy to install, love the insulation as the cabin was built for summer vacation, but have turned it into a winter home. Love the floor.

Easy to use and perfect for the job. Gives a great base for luxury vinyl plank. We used it on the concrete floor of our basement laundry room

Product worked as advertised. Easy to install. Seems to be a good option for finishing a basement. The only problem was with the delivery, not the product. Someone hit the edge of the material with the fork lift. 7 panels damaged on one side. unfortunately it was the grove side. You start with the tongue against the wall so if it were that edge it wouldn't have been a problem.

Used for flooring in a woodworking shop. Provides a firm enough surface to support 500 pound machines without dimpling, but also much less back strain than standing in bare concrete. Painted beautifully with two coats of an oil-based primer and a topcoat of acrylic latex rated for porches and decks.

Our basement used to just have a pad and carpet on the slab. It was always cold and hard and sometimes wet. This product made a huge difference! It is so easy to install I did it myself. We added a thin plywood layer on top so we could install carpet without worry of pieces pulling up as the carpet has to be stretched. I highly recommend this product, it made our finished basement warmer and more comfortable to be in.

The batch I got were pretty beat up. The OSB doesn’t cut into tongue and groove very well, apparently. I just don’t think they’re worth the “convenience” for the cost. Meh.

Each board is bit expensive. Plan carefully to reduce waste and save money. Superior engineering behind the product. Extremely easy to transport and install. Buy the Dricore leveling shims, it works better the generic options. Installation time was faster then anticipated. I was able to install 800 sq ft in less then two days.

Easily installed. Feels good underfoot. Accommodates the bumps and dips of my 70-year old basement floor. I was able to modify the panels for obstructions (e.g. telepost, water meter). Shims functioned as expected. (I have only one quibble: to accommodate the upcoming carpet installation, I screwed down every other panel along the perimeter, plus the room's centre panel. Now, whenever I step on the highest area in the floor, the panels there feel 'squishy,' as if I hadn't shimmed them enough. Maybe, with the increased house humidity of summer, the panels have expanded slightly; and with the perimeter screwed down instead of floating, the floor has buckled upwards ever so slightly.)

A must for basements with concrete Room is warm and comfortable now

Such a great product, we used this as underpad for a commercial space and it was fantastic!

I bought 8 tiles to put on the floor of our minivan when we were going to move a heavy sleep sofa. I tapped the tongue and groove tiles together to form a smooth surface (wood up, foam down, as usual), and the sofa slid right in on top. It worked great! Then I just pulled them back apart when done.

The dricore panels makes the basement seem like it’s not a basement. The floor has a comfortable feeling when walking and standing. The added insulation keeps the cold concrete from your feet and the damp air is gone.

I'm rating my recent purchase of these floor tiles at 4 stars as the quality seems slightly lower that the ones I purchased 6 months ago but the are still pretty great. They are usually easy to install but the tongues on these seemed to be more fragile. If you are doing a large install, do yourself a favor and get a tongue/groove router bit set to help cut down on the waste from the room edges. I've now installed just shy of 300 tiles and I probably saved around 20 tiles by doing this a router table would make it easier, but isn't required.

Seems to be working as expected..installed it over a quarry tile concrete slab..added a heat duct (15 x 20 room)..no regrets

Great product, very easy to install. Will be purchasing more as project continues along.

I was pleasantly surprised with this variation of subfloor configuration! The additional venting materials underneath the panels put this option over-the-top for me. A great choice to consider.

easy to install, they slip into each other easy, now have more floor insulation for winter which mean a comfortable floor.
