ordered these to install myself - also, came with the steel bars that are needed - watched videos on installation on YouTube until I was confident enough that I could do it - nothing difficult but being safety in mind is a must - perfect fit and works great

Nice springs. Shipped and delivered fast and installed easily. They only thing I'd improve is to make the loading levers 3"-6" longer as the last turns are harder than they could be.

I had a professional garage company come in and quoted me $450 to replace the springs. I watched three different YouTube videos to really understand how to do it. You can definitely get hurt if you don’t take the time to understand the steps. Take your time and be careful. Whole process was less than two hours and garage works great. I saved nearly $400!!!

The new springs worked awesome ...if I can give a tip , when watching the how to video....PAY ATTENTION ! (I put the springs on backwards. There is a left spring and a right spring and if they aren't in the right place...the door will NOT open. It only took 10 mins to switch them , then everything was wonderful. Excellent product.

Exact replacement for my broken springs. While this replacement can be dangerous if you watch a few tutorials from the manufacturers or resellers, take your time, and don’t get careless there really isn’t that much to the job. Make sure you lay out the steps and check everything twice. You don’t want to go unbolting things that are under tension. Did I say take your time? Good.

Installing these is dangerous. Please take all precautions. That being said these meet my expectations and work well.

They worked good. It would be nice to have directions with them. Had to watch YouTube videos to see how they worked.

Springs are great, but I had to buy 18” winding rods as these came with 12” ones that are too small to safely wind the springs.
