using oil ! it Shouldn’t be using any . Why it is using oil ?

Generator runs great, made quick connect for household propane (500 gal tank) Absolutely need to change the factory spark plug to a NGK BPR6ES, IF RUNNING PROPANE it will not start on LP gas. Also will not run when in idle down mode when hooked to household set up but did on smaller tanks house regulator must be set to a lower pressure. purchased in NOV-23 and used several times in December due to storms here in western NY. Started and ran flawless.

This is our first generator and it has been fantastic so far! Living in the mountains where you have more frequent power outages in the winter or during really severe storms, this thing has been awesome! Our first run of the generator was after a really bad storm with super high winds and we were out of power for 18 hours. We started the generator up about 9:30am and it ran for 11 hours on just over half a tank of gas! Incredible! We were expecting to fill it up sooner than that, but we didn’t need to! This thing is awesome, and I highly recommend purchasing it!

The generator was damaged when home depot delivered. Took them a while for refund. So I ended up buying directly at Dura Max.

Arrived on schedule. I assembled with the provided tools, added oil. It started right up with propane. I was impressed with electric start and idle control. I was happy with the plugs they provided, that was a surprise i had not anticipated.

Have not used generator under extended use but have hooked it up to the house and ran it to test for powering the home during power outage. It works great. It does power the whole home.

Got the generators and assembled, they look well built and started as advertised with no issues so far. Told a neighbor about them and he will be ordering one also after looking at them.

I had a part that was missing called customer Service and got a hold of a woman and it was taken care of immediately very good customer service

hard to start on propane

It’s burning oil. I’m working with the manufacturer but I may have to return it

Easy to put together with easy instructions. Hooked it to the house and was a success. Ran everything with no problems. Did not even strain.

I just bought this unit to replace a Duromax XP10000EH that I bought last year and just passed over to my son for his house. Both units are suitable to operate a whole house, but I wanted a larger one and went with Duromax again for the excellent experience.
