This is the second Decatur 22 inch resin planter pot that I've bought. They are perfect for my patio garden, enabling me to grow vegetables like tomatoes and peppers that need more growing room. Drilling drainage holes was quick and easy. The planter fits nicely on a rolling dolly, making it easy to move as needed. Highly recommend.

Upgraded home for a japanese maple
An attractive and affordable planter for it's size. I used it to transplant a 4.5' "Koto no Ito" japanese maple tree. Both myself and the tree are very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful color, strong, heavy duty resin pot. I absolutely love everything about it! It is big!!! It takes 3 large bags of soil to fill it up but it is perfect for a container garden or a large shrub plant.

Our Decatur planter is made from polypropylene, a synthetic resin built up by the polymerization of propylene. Polypropylene allows our planters to be durable, flexible, light weight, and weather resistant. They are BPA free and are considered safe for growing edible plants. I hope this helps to explain the material we use and the benefits it provides.

The planters are more of a thick plastic than resin....
The planters are more of a thick plastic than resin. Fairly cheap looking. I should have realized the quality because of the price.

I have 4 of these pots. They are lightweight...
I have 4 of these pots. They are lightweight and lovely. The only issue is that there is no place for the water to drain out, so you have to be careful not to overwater.
