I bought this in Nov 2021 Feb 2022 it flipping to quit dry company told me to hit reset did not work then told me to unplug and plug back in that made it switch to dryer but clothes didn't dry then after about 3wks of getting no response finally did and they said o you need a new part I know what's wrong we will send out the part after a week of label being created I asked what was going on they tell me then part is ou and it maybe a week or so before shipped very unhappy

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE MACHINE. IT IS NOT GOOD FOR DRYING JEANS BECAUSE THEY BECOME TWISTED AND WRINKLED BUT OVER ALL FOR EVERYTHING ELSE IT IS GREAT. I WOULD ALWAYS SUGGEST THE VENTED.

Well installed this unit in our RV. It has very limited use and has worked well. However we are just shy of a year and can't get ahold of manufacture for warranty. You get sent to a voicemail that never picks up and never returns a call no matter how many you leave. Currently have an E1 error, but they don't even seem to sell the door switch so I can't even repair it myself.

Works very well. It is easy to overload it, so it may take extra drying time. But it is nice that it has a dry only timed option. This unit is about 2 inches deeper than a Splendide model, so if your cabinet was built for a Splendide unit you may need to build out the cabinet door frame to extend the depth of the cabinet in order to close the doors.

Did not dry well. Clothes come out horribly

Put tha unit in our RV, does the job but when it hits spin cycle , you would think an earthquake was happening. Cleans the clothes well , bought it becase it because if the vent optionz

The size of the unit was perfect and I mean perfect it shakes a lot when in the spin cycle and it has a very short hose for the water to drain out so I had to buy an adapter to extend the hose and then it leaks so I'm not really 100% comfortable with using it unless I'm standing there because it shakes so much that the hose moves around and the water comes out but I'm happy with the results of the closing being washed just need to work with that holds a little bit I would buy it again that's not enough to say it's not a good unit it just a little bit of getting used to

It was very easy to assemble,manual very helpful, I like the product but there is some things that doesn't, is shaky but I'm assuming is because the size of the machine(shipping rods removed),I order the silver color and instead I got delivered on black, I didn't notice that until I got home, I was tired that day and decided not to go back to the store,door handle very cheap material, I feel that is going to brake eventually feels like cheap toy,and not covered by warranty.

It's a good washer/dryer combo. It works best with small loads. The washer mode is good, leaving the load clean. The dryer is fair. Even on the heavy duty setting, the clothes are still a bit damp. My solution is to hang them up on a retractable clothes line to finish drying wrinkle-free.Good machine for small spaces.

Love the size. It’s quiet but it takes 3 hours to do a small load of laundry. Also if you buy one make sure you remove the shipping rods in the back with a philipshead screwdriver.

there was some gluing problems from the factory that clogged a line and would not let water through the drying condensing part therefore resulting in a exploded line flooding my house. and a pump that is running without water and is now bad.

This may be cute and pink, but looks are deceiving. If you order this thing and it breaks a week later, good luck getting your money back! Its an online order, so you're stuck. Broke immediately, does not work properly at all. Do not waste your money.

This machine is beyond tiny. Max load is like 4 towels. You can barely wash a full set of queen size sheets. It’s cute, but that’s about it.

I did get it sooner than expected but it is Nosey, and vibrates camper

Every thing works pretty well for its size and I do like all the settings it has. But beware when using in an rv. Rv plumbing is all 1.5 inch and ( DOES NOT DRAIN FAST ENOUGH) when just stuck in the pipe like you would in a house it needs to be attached and sealed to the drain pipe

So far so good! I love that I can start a batch, leave, come home,and my clothes is finished washing and drying. Best of all, it fits exactly where we needed it!

This Washer&Dryer combo is perfectly for small space. Working great so far.

Leaked like my grandma's diaper from the very first time we used it!! I've spent countless hours trying to fix it myself. Also, after 48 hours, you have to deal directly with the manufacturer.....HOME DEPOT WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP!! Go somewhere else and buy something different!!

If you're expecting to do your laundry with this machine as with a standard non-combo machine (large loads, doing lots of laundry in one day), you will be disappointed. If you're willing to change the way you do you laundry (a small load everyday), then this thing is for you. This machine allowed us to move our laundry upstairs, which is critical because I have inflammatory arthritis and the stairs were getting awful. I love it. It is like the crockpot of laundry machines - put your laundry in it, push start, and forget about it until its ready. No need to manually switch from washer to dryer. You do have the option to choose "wash only" or "dry only" if that better matches what you're washing. If you're using the condenser dryer feature be warned that you should only fill the drum about half-way (rather than 2/3), and the full cycle will take 3-3.5 hours to complete. There is a vented drying option, so keep that in mind. I like to put the clothes in the machine in the morning before I go to work and then set the delay timer for a few hours so that when I come home from work the dryer has just finished. If you have large queen/king comforters they won't work in this machine; consider doing what the Europeans do (they primarily use this type of combo/condensation dryer machine) and switch to each person having their own smaller/twin size of comforters. Then it will fit! Overall, a great change for our household.

This product has only been in use in one of our rental properties for 3 weeks. So far, so good.

I love it. Currently using the ventless option and it shakes and makes a lot of noise when drying. At times, it shakes so hard that the screws in the back will come out- regardless if you pack it or just a few items. Other than that, it cleans and dries perfectly!

Fits a small studio closet perfect. Very quiet. Would buy again.

Perfect addition to our fifth wheel trailer

I reside in a mobile home and had a 110 stackable w/d. It was at least 20 years old so decided to buy a mew one. Was never aware that there were all in one w/d units sonrwad how it works and the reviews which were excellent purchased this in oct. 2020 and from day one, was very disappointed that it will not wash/dry 12 lbs of laundry - it absolutely does not. So more and smaller loads. I can deal With that just more time needed to Do laundry. I made sure I read wvwryrhjng so installed correctly, leveled, use the HE laundry products including softener (have never used softener before but made sense it would “allow” washed clothes to relax and fall from sides of drum to help dry more efficiently and with no wrinkles or at least slight wrinkles. Boy was I wrong !! From first load run, the clothes are more wrinkles than anything I have ever washed in 50 years. Me if the wrinkles I cannot even iron out with iron on hottest setting. So bad that I have to go to laundromat to wash some of my clothes so that I can at least iron the few wrinkles the laundromat dryer cause. It takes quite a bit longer to dry as well. I reread manual and said clothes will be a little damp when you take them out (normal) but the air will quickly dry. That also is absolutely not true so I have to run another hour long dryer cycle to get the “slightly damp” clothes dry. For the last 1 months it takes at leaSt 3-4 hours of times dry to get clothes dry enough to put away and now I am getting an error message. Have not yet called warranty people but I intend to. I would absolutely not recommend this unit to anyone. I hope to get it fixed and see if I can sell for a little bit of money so I can buy a stackable like the one I had. In 50 years I have owned 2 sets w/d and both still worked when I sold them this is the 3rd time and haven’t even owned it a year problems started immediately.
